"Poor service, bad location"
We understood when we booked that the hotel is located away from the beach but read about the free shuttle, so we didn't think it would be a problem. It was. There is an hourly service to and from the beach itself, so that's OK but the shuttle to Patong (only three per day) will only let you go one way. Why are you not allowed to take one of them back […] to the hotel? Taxi services on Phuket are extremely overpriced and seem to be run by a mafia style cartel; no competition at all. "fin beliggenhet men langt og dyrt til alt"
Hotellets policy er og flå kundene for mest mulig penger. Servicen og informasjonen i resepsjonen er mangelfull og dårlig. Hotellet har egen taxi service og andre taxier og tuk tuk er bannlyst. Prisene er derfor høye. WiFi er gratis på rommet men om du ikke er klar over det og ber om gratis WiFi tilbyr de betal for 2timer og få 3 timer. "Aqua marine resort & Villa, Kamala beach, Thailand"
+ Jätte mysigt hotell, bra standard. Dyra menyer för att +vara Thailand (Sverige priser), men vi var bara där i 2 +dagar. - Jätte mycket ödlor vid rummen och tjejen min har fobi. Dom va på väggarna, taken, marken, överallt där man vände sitt huvud. Rummet vi checkade in i var super fräscht, MEN efter middagen var det fullt med 5 cm kackerlackor i rummet, […] obehagligt. Vi fick byta rum genast, inga problem med det. Samma visa upp på nästa rum, men enbart 2 kackerlackor. Sov inte så bra dessa 2 nätter och med ljuset på, för att kackerlackor är ljuskänsliga.
