I travel internationally constantly for work so I am pretty fussy with hotels as they are my home for a good part of my life. This trip was for our honeymoon so I had high expectations. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the side of a mountain providing great views, this does mean that you will need to use stairs (114 from our low level room to the […] main restaurant), or wait around for one of the hotel tuk tuks for a ride. It is a 45 minute drive to Patong that will set you back 700 baht each way (about $20 each way), so if you plan on spending each day at Patong then stay in Patong. I found that there were specific staff that were very good, mainly because of their attention to detail. There were others that weren't so helpful but I put this down to language. The food in the hotel was mostly good and priced fairly. I feel that the senior manager could benefit from 'a bit of time on the floor' to see where a few minor things could be tweaked to make this magnificent hotel. We stayed in a pool room but the pool was shared with the room next door so there were people swimming and looking straight in to our room. If I stayed there again I would stretch for a villa to make the most of it. I still struggle to see how hotels can charge huge amounts for WIFI!!!!!!!!!! We all know that data is cheap and these days most people need access. It is like charging extra for the water in the taps or selecting your payment plan before you turn the light on. I stayed in an elevation suite with my mother for 4 nights. We were having a girls trip. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The views, structure, pools, layout, etc. is all very gorgeous. The customer service is great, and I was very impressed with breakfast buffet (which was included with the room) and we tried all the restaurants and room service […] which was also very good (not included in the room). The spa was excellent and very professional. I only have a few complaints which I feel are justified because this is supposed to be a 5 star resort. First off, the beds are HORRIBLE. They are extremely soft and you sink into them. The pillows are bad too; really big and firm, and do not feel comfortable at all. My back hurt every morning and I would wake up during the night because I couldn't get comfortable. We weren't the only ones that felt this way because other guests by the pool were talking about how bad the beds are and how they are way too soft. Next, there are little structural flaws we noticed around the hotel that shows poor construction. For example, the bathroom cabinet doesn't close because the door is too big and the window in the shower has a half inch gap at the top between the seal and frame. Overall, we had a good time. We spent most of our time by the pool enjoying the great views. It would have been a GREAT time if they invest in better beds. Read more

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the water. The location is a bit far from town, so don't expect to be walking anywhere. There are shuttles to town all day, which is quite useful. The water didnt look very inviting and you could hear the sound of the ocean which is something you'd probably come to expect on a beach getaway. All in all - we had a super time at the westin. So if your looking for a quite family get away - this is the hotel - we stayed at the basic room, and it was more than sufficient. The hotel was relaxing and the view was spectacular. The only bad thing about the hotel was a 2 inch cockroach in our room on the first night. Also we saw a baby cockroach on our table at the Prego restaurant. We complained and they gave us free drinks (non-alcoholic) and dessert. This resort is breath taking when you arrive. Not only is the hotel beautiful but the view is just as nice (during high tide). I was traveling for a month and had to go back to Phuket two times after my first stay here. Each time we came back to Phuket we stayed at the Westin knowing comfort will be guranteed and we were not disappointed. One definite […] benefit was the delicious complimentary breakfast each morning (which we never missed). Their gym was also well equipped and was kept very clean with cold water to serve. The rooms were very comfortable as well. The first and third time we stayed there we were in the Superior Sea View Room, which was the perfect size for two and nice balcony which we utilized to experience the view. The second time we stayed there we stayed in the Delux which was just a little bigger. I would recommend to stay in the standard when comparing prices. Only complaint I would have is that if you are not much of a walker you may have difficulty getting around because the whole resort is on a hill and requires a lot of walking. However the front desk is always willing to get you a go-cart/tuk tuk ride to your room. As well internet in your room is very expensive, but they do offer free internet in the front lobby area. Lastly, that the resort is far from most entertainment so you'll always have to take a taxi, but that is most perfect for a quiet getaway. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. 휴양지로는 딱인 위치에 자리하고 있어요. 그치민 쇼핑과 시내는 택시를 이용해 나가야 하기때문에 나갈때마다 경비가 좀 들어요. 호텔 자체에서 셔틀버스를 이용하면 경비를 많이 절감할 수는 있어요. 하지만 하루 건너 푸켓타운과 센트럴을 간다는 불편함이 있으니 계획짤 때 확인하세요. 그 외에 호텔의 전망은 그야말로 너무 아름다웠어요. 픽업서비스 또한 잘돼있구요. 단 로비로 전화할 때 돈을 내지만 적은 돈이라 괜찮았어요. 다른 분들도 즐거운 여행됐으면 하네요.

綺麗なホテルで、ライトアップされた夜の景観も良かったが、何かが足りない。 期間中ずっと雨だったせいかもしれませんが。 ホテルのレストランはイマイチなので毎日出かけた結果、移動のタクシー代が結構かかった、 タクシーはパトンビーチ700バーツ、プーケットタウン400バーツ、セントラルフェスティバル400バーツが平均。ホテルのシャトルバスは本数が少なく微妙。前は無料だったみたいだが今は片道1人100バーツ。
