The hotel was beautiful. The location above the street is not ideal and can be a little noisy, but the cleanliness and service were fantastic. The food was great, as we decided to eat almost every meal at the hotel. I would recommend to others, but make sure you ask for a room farther away from the road.

The hotel was a wonderful experience - we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, and the staff was still very courteous, polite, attentive in getting us settled into our luxurous room. The decor and feel of the rooms were so clean and relaxing. The hilltop views were amazing, private and quiet compared to the more touristy parts of Thailand.

If you are willing to splurge, this hotel is a fantastic paradise in Phuket. Surin Beach where this is hotel is located is upscale, but bargains can still be found by walking a few blocks. The breakfast at the hotel, which is included, is great. The other meals at the restaurant are hit or miss. Stick to Thai Food & make sure you ask for extra spicy […] if you want something that isn't entirely trying to cater to a bland western pallet. And, in a country where wine can sometimes be hard to find, this hotel has a great wine list, but, be sure to be specific on what you are asking for, since sometimes there is a language barrier. The hotel staff is great and VERY responsive to needs. The hotel also has great attention to detail with even having the beautiful landscaped grounds have signs regarding the plants that are planted. As two women traveling, we felt very safe at this hotel & they had a lot of security -- even helping you cross the busy road. The one issue I had with the hotel is that they advertise a shuttle to several places, but then charge you for the shuttle. If they are advertising a shuttle, then the service should be free. If not, then be upfront about this. If you are looking for night life, be ready to pay to get to Patong & back. If not, this location is ideal. The spa is very nice, but you are paying western prices. You can walk a few blocks to a local spa and have treatments at half the price. But, the spa was still wonderful. Read more

The rooms are beautiful, quiet and quite comfortable. Surin Beach, down the hill from the hotel, is a quick 1-2 minute shuttle ride away. The beach is simply stunning. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. The insanity, crowds and noise of Bangla Beach are far enough away - 20 minutes by cab. If you want to go you can, but you can certainly […] avoid it. Downsides: service is well meaning but a bit slow and the internet access can be sketchy. There are quite a lot of stairs between the lobby and the rooms, so if handicapped access is an issue for you this hotel is not a good option. We had a room around midway up the hill, views were good. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Didn't use the outdoor jacuzzi though - didn't seem too clean as it had been raining. Big bathtub and outdoor shower was nice. We made full use of the resort buggy to get to and fro our room. The buggy goes to the beach too, but only during daylight hours. Ayara is perfect for the traveller who likes peace & quiet, but is still close enough to the bars and nightlife of Patong. The beach near the resort is a lot quieter than Patong and has many places to eat. It is an easy 5 min walk or during the day a complimentary car will take you. The resort staff were friendly & helpful from when we first arrived, greeting us with flowers, cold towels & drinks. We arrived in the morning. Check in was not until 3pm but our rooms were made ready for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were always able to assist with a smile & we often enjoyed a nice chat. Staff were also able to offer us late check out when we asked. The suites were also special. Each had its own pond, with tadpoles & frogs, a cool spa tub out front, a lovely bath & also an outdoor garden shower. Each room was fully equipped including complimentary bottled water (replenished everyday). The mini bar prices were also reasonable. The hotel had a lovely pool area & cocktail hour everyday. The room rate included a sumptuous buffet breakfast which could see you through to dinner. The day spa had some great couples packages. Massages and facials were a real treat as was a Thai cooking class we did. Dinner at the poolside restaurant was well priced & the quality could rival many places at home. Very very nice resort. Would go back to this resort in a flash. Very relaxing. Restaurant food was very nice and very reasonably priced. Menu a little limited however if you ate there every night for a week. Gym very well equipped and pool area extremely pleasant. The use of a buggy to take you up and down the hill to your villa was great.

Less the 30 minute drive from the airport and away from the seedy area of Phuket i have never stayed in a resort with more amazing garden surrounds. individual large suites (lots of dark wood) which we love - its the perfect wind down from work for the first couple of days stay in Thailand. 1月末から2月頭にかけて5連泊。ヴィラタイプの割に料金もお手ごろで口コミもよかったので決めたが、評判通りにサービスがよかった。どのスタッフに会っても笑顔であいさつしてくれて、対応もすばらしい。 ヴィラタイプを考えている人にはおすすめのホテルである。 立地はパトンや空港へ通じるメインストリートの前に建っているのでフロントやレストラン・プールサイドは車の音は絶えないが、部屋はシービュータイプだったので、上の方にあり騒音もまったく気にならず。口コミで聞いていたバギーのわずわらしさも全くなく、フロントへ電話すればすぐにバギーが部屋の近くのパーキングまで来てくれた。ただ、バギーを使わないと部屋とフロントやホテルレストランへの移動は確かに困難である。 部屋からの海の眺めもすばらしくリゾート感がたっぷりで […] あった。心配していたほど蚊も現れず、部屋にアースマットのようなものも完備されている。ヴィラタイプなのでプライベートが保たれる。ただ、部屋の清掃が何回も入るので荷物をおおっぴらに広げられないのが気になる。 近くのスリンビーチまではフロントからバギーで18:00までは頼めば送ってくれる。1分ほどでビーチに行けて、ホテル宿泊客専用のパラソルとイスが置いてあるので楽に海水浴を楽しめる。透明度も中々あり、端の岩場は魚も多いのでスノーケリングも楽しめる。ビーチも聞いていたほど閑散とはしておらず、シーフードやタイ料理がおいしいレストランが多かった。ただ、欧米料理はあまりなのでやめたほうがよい。 スリンビーチ地区はこのホテルを含めて日本人は少なく、あまり日本語も通じないので日常会話程度の英語は必須である。 ※交通手段の参考※ タクシーは交渉で決めなくてよく、エリアによって相場が決まっているので乗りやすい。 空港からは、出口を出て右側を見るとメータータクシーの事務所が５０メートルほどのところにあり、すぐに見つけられる。そこでタクシーを乗ればスリンビーチまでは400バーツで行ける。 ホテルから空港へは、ホテルの前にタクシーの事務所（？）がありそこで頼むと700バーツで行ける。帰りは朝早い便で、5：30すぎにはホテルを出発する必要があったが、前日予約をした際も快く引き受けてくれて、フロント前に約束通りの時間に来てくれたのでよかった。パトンまでは片道500バーツ。 ホテルで空港からの送迎を頼んだ場合、片道1100バーツ、往復1900バーツだった。 Read more

プーケットスリンビーチの丘の上にある全室４８のリゾートタイプのホテルです。写真等では魅力が語りつくせないくらい、現地で味わってみる価値があると思います。プール、レストラン、ＳＰＡと設備は整っており、フロントのかたもいろいろと対応してくれます。部屋によっては、エントランスから遠くにあるため、（バギーサービスあるものの）、レストラン、プールとの往復が、ちょっと億劫になる方もいるかもしれませんが、まあ運動と思ってもらえれば。部屋からアンダマン海が見えるタイプを選べば、更に印象がよくなると思います。

Dazu war der Blick von der Terasse sehr schön, so dass es uns manchmal schwer viel, von der Terasse an den Strand zu wechseln. Der Strand ist […] wirklich nicht weit entfernt und es stand immer ein Wagen für den kurzen Transport zur Verfüfgung. Als wir Ende Mai da waren, war das Meer recht aufgewühlt. Man konnte zwar schön in der Brandung baden, musste aber aufpassen, nicht zu weit ins Meer zu kommen, da die Strömung schon stark und aus unserer Sicht gefährlich aufs Meer hinauszog. Das Personal war immer extrem bemüht und serviceorientiert, da konnten wir damit leben, dass die Verständigung in dem ein oder anderen Fall nicht immer leicht war. ジュニアスイートに3泊しました。ヴィラタイプでプライベート感があり、ベランダにジャグジーやデッキチェアも設置されリゾート気分も盛り上がります。 部屋への行き来は坂が急ですがバギーを利用すれば問題ないレベルだと思いました。朝食もまずまず、昼食はビーチサイドのホテル経営のレストラン、夕食はプールサイドのレストラン等でそれなりの値段で頂けます。夕食は2名でそこそこビールも飲んで1,000から1,200バーツ位、18時30分まではハッピーアワーで飲み物が少しお得です。 のんびり過ごすならばホテルとバギーで行けるスリンビーチで足りるかな、という感じです。今回雨季でビーチの波が高く、遊泳できませんでしたが、今度は乾季に行きたいなと思います。ビーチ端の岩場でシュノーケリングもできそうな感じでした。

広く清潔な部屋でした。 不満と言えば、下の階の宿泊客が深夜遅くまで大音量で音楽を聴いていたことです。 その時のスタッフの対応が若干不満でした。電話で苦情を言ったところ、調べると言って、その後の電話でエアコンの音だと回答があったので、エアコンの訳がないと言ったら注意してくれたようです。この点は残念です。 深夜も保安を兼ねて巡回欲しい。静けさを求めている客は多いと思います。 他のスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。全てのスタッフが笑顔で挨拶してくれました。 ホテルのレストランはとても良いと思います。付近のレストランに比べ値段が少々高いかもしれませんが質が高いので割高に感じません。音楽の生演奏のある日がお勧めです。 天気の良い日にまた訪れたいです。

今回私はCourtyard Suiteという部屋に宿泊しました。 チェックインはスムーズにできました。（日本語が分かるスタッフはいません） 部屋は広々（中庭含む135㎡）していて、ベッドルームとリビングルームが 別々でセンスよくまとめられています。 また隣の部屋とコネクティングルームとしても使えるみたいです。 ベッドはスプリングが程よい固さで、キングベッドなので横は広いのですが、 縦が多分少し短めで背の高い人だと足が出るかもしれません。 また照明のスイッチ類がまとめられてない為、操作するため起きて隣の部屋に 行ったりしました。 あと蚊とりマットがありましたが部屋が広い割に効果が弱く、数カ所やられました。 その他カーテンが全てブラインドだけなので、完全に下ろしても隙間がありやや 気になるかもし […] れません。 部屋にはテレビとＣＤ／ＤＶＤプレーヤがあり、持参した映画や音楽を楽しめます。 （※ＮＨＫは入りません） そのほかチェックイン時にWifiのキーを教えてくれますので、パソコン等で ネットが快適に利用できました。（無料） 室内はシャワールームのみでバスタブがありませんが、中庭にバスタブと 固定シャワーがあり、オープントップで解放感があります。 ただメンテナンスと使い勝手が今一つでお湯が一杯になるまで５０分以上 かかりました。 あと室内のシャワールームは、ガラス張りはよいのですが密閉度が弱く シャワーの角度により隙間から水があふれるので注意が必要です。 またベランダにはテーブルとビーチベッド２台そしてジャグジーがありましたが、 他の口コミにもあったように、ジャグジーは水しか出ないので最初少しだけ冷たく 感じました。 部屋からの眺めですが、他の口コミで絶景などと記載されていましたが やはり部屋によりかなり違うと感じました。私の部屋は丘の低い場所なので 道路に近く車の騒音もあり、海は見えますが絶景？とまでは言えません。 試しに丘の高い部屋のビラ？へ行ってみたところ、まさに絶景そのものでした。 ロケーションはスリンビーチなので、パトンビーチ（繁華街）までは20分 くらいで500BT（ホテルの向かいにタクシー会社あり）、 空港までは約40分で700BTかかりますが、どちらも想定内でした。 ホテルにレンタルバイクもあり、すぐに借りられました。 またスリンビーチまではホテルのカートでの送迎があり、ホテルゲスト用の パラソルとビーチベッドが無料で借りられます。（歩いても5分程度） ホテルのホスピタリティは素晴らしくフロントやレストラン、その他のスタッフも いつも笑顔で気持ちよい対応をしてくれます。部屋までは急な坂でしたがカートを 呼ぶとすぐに来てくれるので不便は感じませんでした。 朝食は種類があり味もまあまあといった感じで、日によって少しずつ 内容が変えられていますが、スープ類が無く？少し残念でした。 メインプールはきれいで雰囲気もよい感じですが、ホテル規模からすれば やや小さく、また深さも結構あるので身長155㎝以下の方は厳しいかもしれません。 最後にこのホテルは５星とされておりますが、個人的な感想では４星～４．５星 くらいかな？だと思いました。 このように書くと酷評と思われるかもしれませんが、概ね満足できたと思いますし またプーケットに来る時には是非候補にしたく、今後の期待を込めての口コミと させていただきました。 Read more

Da wir schon das zweite mal diese Anlage besuchen wußten wir was uns erwartet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht nur erfüllt sondern übertroffen. Die unterschiedlichen Buffets am Abend sind zwar etwas teurer aber unbedingt zu empfehlen. Der Fahrservice bringt den Gast schnell und ohne Wartezeiten zum Strand oder zur Villa. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb vom Strand. Es befindet sich dazwischen leider eine Straße, aber das ist wohl bei fast allen Hotels in der Gegend so. Der shuttle-service funktioniert sehr gut, egeal wie hoch oben man wohnt. man kann mit dem shuttle hoch- und zum Strand gefahren werden. Einziger Nachteil ist der etwas langweilige Pool, der zudem direkt hinter der […] Straße liegt, so dass man die Autos hören kann. Für den Preis wurde viel geboten, was das Zimmer betrifft.
