"It is really nice, if you want a...."
huge, and not personal hotel stay. We had a pool villa and everything, and it was a great place, don't get me wrong, but it was in the middle of nowhere. We didn't even use the free food voucher as the menu looked not worthy, and the staff were very unhelpful. I would not stay here again, but I like small hotels where they bend over backwards for the […] kind of money we spent here. カップルで来るには良いと思います。特に、ホテルでゆっくりしたいというカップル向けです。食事もとっても美味しいし、部屋も居心地が良いです。ひと気の少ないホテルですし、ホテル全体がとても大きいので、夜の移動の際は、1人で出歩くのは少し怖いです。お忍び旅行には、最適かと。ナイヤンビーチにある露店は衛生的に問題がありそうな気がしました。また、ホテル周辺にはスーパーや飲食店も無いので、割りと長期滞在の方は、別のところで買い込んで行ったほうが良いと思います。ホテル内物価は割高です。部屋全体は、とても満足しています。特に、花の匂いとベッドには大満足です。Genuine Expedia guest review
"残念でした"
家族4人（子供は7歳と3歳）で2012/7/31より二泊。D-Bukの部屋でした。初日夜に到着して、お湯が出ませんでした。夜間のメンテナンスにより朝には暑いお湯が出るようになっていました。二日目、トイレとシャワールームの排水口より汚物逆流。二日続けてトラブル。部屋を変えてもらいました。たまたま起きてしまったことかも知れませんが、設備面の管理不十分を疑わずにはおれません。こちらからのクレームへの対応は、各部署同じ文言で謝罪を受けました。日本人は不十分に感じるかもしれません。 また泊まりたいか？と聞かれたらNoです。 レストランはおいしかったです。タイ料理のBlack Gingerはよかったですね。Genuine Expedia guest review
