Really enjoyed our stay here - clean rooms, good buffet breakfast (apart from birds flying in/out of dining area). Staff were generally OK - some of the... dining room staff weren't very helpful/friendly. Free Internet in the lobby was slow and intermittent at times. Lovely large pool, kept very clean. No real complaints and would stay here again. The beach isn't great - wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a lovely beach. It's dirty and worn out buildings. Some renovations at this hotel also going on. Location is OK, but without your own transport, it's not the most convenient. (We hired a car, so it was no problem). A supermarket (Tesco Lotus) is 1.5km away, with other shops and restaurants also in the area. Local taxis are always waiting outside the hotel eager for business! Tour desk at hotel arranged day tour for us which worked fine. Good range of cable TV channels in the room. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 25, 2012

Monsoon season so the staff did their best keeping the beach clean but no swimming with the debris. Pool was good and some dishes on the menu were surprisingly good. !st time to Phuuket so hard to compare to another Phuket resort. Phantasea show was better than expected.

隣にホテルが１つとその向かいにタイレストランがあるくらいで周囲は何もない。歩いて１５分くらいの所にスーパーのテスコがあるがかなり遠い。ビーチやプールでのんびりする人にはいい。

Die Lage des Hotels am Bang Tao Beach gefaellt uns immer wieder gut, da Liegestühle direkt am Strand und in dem dahinter befindlichen Kiefernwald zur Verfügung stehen.Auch die beiden Pools, insbesondere der grosse, neuere Pool, bieten sich, im Gegensatz zur zeitweise starken Brandung im Meer, ein erfrischendes Bad. Leider vermissten wir beim Frühstück […] den Aufschnitt, sowie Wurst und Käse, was uns von früheren Aufenthalten noch in Erinnerung war. Read more
