"disappointed"
we stayed in this place because it was on the beach and should have been nicer than the hotel we stayed in behind it a couple of years ago. unfortunately, this was our least favorite in a 3 hotel vacation. the service was ok but we had to switch rooms b/c of room conditions and we lost our view of the ocean. as usual, they over charged westerners for […] as much as they could. which i could deal with if the place wasn't starting to get run down and the staff was nicer. the rooms are dated, and so is the decor. they have definietly taken on the western apathetic approach to customer service. stay across the street. it's less expensive and they try much harder to help you enjoy your stay Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
