Marriott Café - À la carte selections are offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with buffet breakfast available. The menu uses fresh local ingredients and may include continental dishes such as steak, fish and seafood dishes, and salads. Bouillabaisse of the Andaman Sea, a rich fish soup, is the signature dish. The resort's landscaped gardens and main pool, and the Andaman Sea, are viewed through full-length windows. Décor of dark timbers, granite surfaces, and potted plants complement the natural light. Open seven days from early morning, the restaurant offers seating for 137 people.
Cucina - Serving Northern Italian cuisine, the central focus of the restaurant kitchen is the brick pizza oven. Décor is terracotta, stone, brick, and rough-hewn woods. A signature dish is fresh-made ravioli stuffed with mascarpone cheese and pumpkin, served with parmesan and white truffle oil. Nightly light entertainment is provided. Open daily, the restaurant serves dinner till late, with seating for up to 77 guests.
Andaman Grill - Drawing similarities with a traditional American steakhouse, the restaurant offers views of Mai Khao Beach and the Andaman Sea. A flame torch-lit pathway leads guests to the restaurant. With seating for 60, and open daily for dinner, the menu may include such signature dishes as Andaman platter including crab cakes and tartar sauce, or Cajun spiced shrimp skewers. Each table has a pestle and mortar with fresh spices for guests to mix according to taste. Desserts, coffee, tea, and single malt scotch whiskey are served.
Kabuki Sushi Bar - Sushi, sashimi, and a selection of soups are served in Kabuki, along with Japanese noodles. Food preparations may be watched at the black granite counter, seating up to eight guests. Shrimp tempura roll is one of the signature dishes. The Bar is open daily from early afternoon till late, with seating capacity for 20 people.
Sala Sawasdee Lobby Bar - A local jazz trio provides light entertainment at the bar where drinks are available. Décor is rich reds and gold tones, complemented by dark wood and natural lighting. The island bar at the center offers cocktails, wines, and both local and imported beers. Asian-inspired snacks are served. Open daily from mid-morning till late, there is seating for 51, including 12 at the bar.
Siam Deli - Café-style dining with made-to-order sandwiches, plus salads, cakes, pastries, ice cream, desserts, and specialty coffees and beverages. Fresh breads and cinnamon rolls are baked daily. Located in the ground floor shopping arcade, the Deli is open daily from early morning.
Rim Nam Pool Bar - A selection of beverages includes tropical cocktails, and snacks such as sandwiches and salads are available in the pool areas.
Ginja Taste - A traditional Thai sala (pavilion), divided into an air-conditioned indoor sala and an outdoor patio for alfresco dining. The restaurant has seating for 68 guests. The menu offers appetizers, salads, soups, main dishes, and desserts and set menus for family-style shared dishes. Signature dishes include poached white prawns in coconut and lime broth, and grilled chicken in red curry reduction. The restaurant is open daily for dinner.
Out of the Blue "Splash" - Located inside the Blue Swimming Pool in the south wing, this bar offers juices and tropical cocktails, and snacks are also available. Cascades of water from the bar's roof create a large waterfall into the pool. With its own small kitchen, “Splash” offers fresh salads, sandwiches, appetizer, and pizza. Open from morning till evening.
Out of the Blue "Drink" - Cocktails infused by local herbs, and a variety of wine by the glass from all over the world, draught Thai beer, and bar food are served daily from early evening till very late.
Ginja Cook - Cooking School - Ginja Cook has four cooking stations, and capacity for eight students. Traditional cooking utensils from copper and wood are used for meal preparations. The day program introduces a variety of Thai cuisines, and courses are held daily from Monday−Saturday. Guests dine on the meal they have prepared.
