The stay was great but the room we got had hairs in the tub, the shower was green. The sSoap dispenser was broken. It was very different from the rooms they showed online. Very disappointing. We were a little uncertain about staying not directly on the beach and were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT...walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, shops, car rental, activities office, and restaurants/bars. It literally is a 3 minute walk to the beach...if you have a heavy cooler and don't want to walk, there is an hourly extended […] golf cart that will drive you right up the beach. The hotel has long chairs on the beach and three free wooden umbrellas - but you could also rent one for a small fee if you want. Rooms were REALLY clean (spacious) and well kept, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Continental breakfast offered way more than we had imagined...and the pool area was really cute and well kept. At night there is security guards that stand outside from 7pm-7am and they are really great and friendly (our favorite was Caesar)! Beyond that, all of the staff is friendly and helpful. This was perfect for my friends and I. We had to stay on a bit of a budget for the hotel accommodations and, while this hotel isn't dirt cheap, it's certainly less expensive than some of the larger resorts on the beach. The benefit of a place like this is that you can stay out all day, remaining near all the hotspots, and then retire back to your place […] in the evening almost as quickly as if you were at a sand adjacent reseort. Since we spent every day away from the hotel, this was great. The pool, hot tub etc was great. It is close to affordable shopping and right across fro the path to the beach with gold cart service. The beach was really nice. Only draw back, there is no real food service. Lunch near the pool would have been nice instead of having to change and go find something.

Provo is an incredibly expensive resort destination. Ports of Call resort presents a great alternative. It's location allows access to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues in the area. After arriving and straightening out the room issue.. We booked a king size bed with Expedia and was given a double bed room.. Things got better the hotel is kept very clean and centrally located.. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants... Staff at hotel we're all very nice as well... We would go back...

The front desk and pool area was very clean and neat. The free wifi and computers for use was very helpful for me to stay in contact with my friends and family. The tile and shower head in the bathroom were not the best but it did not bother me to much. I think they are still working on upgrades. The hotel is situated in a great location to the beach, grocery store and shopping. Two things that were annoying.....the hotel charges $8.00 per day for a beach umbrella and often the pool was being used for underwater diving lessons. Friendly staff.

Comfort Suites was perfect for us. We wanted a centrally located place that was nice, clean, and affordable. While it is not as fancy as some of the other resorts surrounding it, it is perfectly fine, and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. As all hotel pictures on Expedia, and on their website show renovated rooms, we were quite disappointed to have a non-renovated room... When I asked the reception why we didn't have a new room, they told me that there is a 50 $ fee per night to upgrade. Didn't say it mentioned on expedia and their website. We checked in early and our room was ready on the third level (not recommended for people with bad knees or a lot of luggage) the beach was not a long walk from the hotel. The grocery store was minutes away which was very helpful because food on the island is very costely.

Hotel is situated in a prime area. Upkeep is good and rooms are clean. Only slight disturbance on the east side is the nightly parties going on at the bar and grill which is very close-by. Other than that, grace bay beach beach is in very close proximity, people are nice and straightforward, IGA gourmet supermarket 3 minute walk away.

It was OK for the price. It's location was convenient to the stores and a few restaurants. It's a nice walk to the beach, approximately a quarter of a mile. Transportation is generaly by taxi and it's expensive.

The resort was convenitely located cloae to banking and groceries. The notewortthy item was the front counter staff who were spectacular. The air conditioning in the room needed work. A very well located resort a short walk from the beach. All staff helpful. Excellent service and atmosphere all round!!!!!!!!!!!!
