Victory Hotel is a personal and perfectly positioned hotel in Stockholm’s charming Old Town. Most of our city’s
sights and attractions are within walking distance from here. But, the fact is that the hotel is an attraction in it’s own right. This personal, exclusive little Boutique Hotel touches everyone who visits. As the flagship in the Bengtsson Family’s private chain of hotels in Stockholm’s Old Town, this hotel is named after the English Naval hero Lord Nelson’s flagship, the HMS Victory.
Historical hotel in historical surroundings
The fact is that the hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. It contains a unique, private collection of marine antiques, passionately selected by the collector himself, the hotel's founder and owner Gunnar Bengtsson. The Victory hotel is also the historical site of Sweden’s largest discovery of silver treasure, Loheskatten, which was found by five workers on a day in October, 1937.
Personal rooms named after Swedish naval Captains
Although the hotel has borrowed its name from an English ship, all our hotel rooms are named after Swedish naval captains. In each room guests will find photographs and curiosa about the captain the room is named after as well as a model of his ship. The rooms have comfortable and homely furnishings and are tastefully decorated with selected items from our extensive collection of antiques.

Djuret means the animal in Swedish and here they serve one animal at the time. The whole menu consists of different meat paragraphs from the same animal, prepared with a lot of love on the grill, pan or in a pot and then served in a rustic way.
What is Pubologi?
Pubologi is not a dining room. Pubologi is not a bar. Pubologi is not a traditional pub.
Pubologi is like a hybrid of all three.
The inviting relaxation area features a sauna, a cool water plunge pool, music system and bathrobes. It is open daily and can be booked for two hours' private use.

The Royal Palace, a Buckingham Palace look-alike, is in Stockholm's Old Town. While the royal family chooses to live in Drottingholm, about a half-hour away, there are tours available, as well as the changing of the guard. The area's major thoroughfare, Västerlånggatan, is a pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants.

Jag har bott på viktory 2 gånger tidigare och dom har trevlig personal och en mycket bra frukost. Denna gång har jag träfffat gamla bekanta ute på stan och är ganska onykter när jag checkar in 03.00 på morgonen. Jag är bara onykter och talar mitt namn och att jag har en bokning, då blir jag mycket respektlöst bemött av denna unga kvinna som påstår att […] jag inte får komma in min bokning gäller inte för att jag är för sen och ska jag ha ett rum får jag betala fullt pris igen, allt detta på en mycket nedlåtande och respektlöst sätt, till en hotellgäst som är onykter och tröttt och bara behöver sova, jag är som alltid artig och cool höjer alldrig rösten så jag får min nyckel till slut till mitt rum som redan är betalt. Dagen efter talade jag ned dag personalen som alltid är trevlig och talade om händelsen och fick en ursäkt, volket jag var nöjd med och hade ingen anledning att föra händelsen vidare till hotellets ledning, vilket jag kanske borde ha gjort för den unga kvinnliga personen på nattskiftet passar inte i ett service yrke. jag bor på hotel runtom i världen ganska ofta men har alldrig blivit så respektlöst behandlad förrut.
