"Super nice place"
We enjoyed our short stay very much.. Nice reception, Nice staff, Nice room and morning buffet.. Only small complaint was their bread that could be of a better quality.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Kjempetrivelig hotell"
På forhånd var vi litt skeptiske til å booke dette hotellet, ettersom gjesteevalueringene på nettet var kritiske. Skepsisen forsvant imidlertid som dugg for solen så snart vi var innenfor hotelldørene: Rommet var kjempefint (moderne og stilrent - med en fantastisk utsikt mot havet og Stenungsund sentrum) - og servicen hos alle de ansatte var upåklagelig. […] I løpet av de tre dagene vi oppholdt oss på hotellet, var samtlige hotell-ansatte usedvanlig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Jeg vil spesielt fremheve SPA-avdelingen - der behandlingene og de ansatte virkelig gjorde et sterkt inntrykk. Vi har vært på mange ulike spa opp gjennom årene, men både kroppsmasasjen (Marko) og pedikyren (Angelica) ved dette hotellet er den beste vi noensinne har fått. I tillegg vil jeg gjerne si at den hjelpen jeg fikk da jeg var klumsete og klarte å falle i en trapp bare var heeeeeeeeeelt utrolig: Minst fem ansatte - anført av den dyktige sjefen deres (som jeg tror het Helena?) fra SPA-avdelingen kom ilende til - og visste ikke hva godt de kunne gjøre! Neste dag kjente til og med en av de ansatte igjen meg - og var oppriktig interessert i hvordan det sto til. "Stenungsund Yachtclub, Sweden"
The hotel looked very nice on the web, the pictures was showing a nice hotel, nice surrondings and exclusive rooms.....based on this and despite the high price we booked a room. The only thing matching the web was the price....the room was small and dirty ( as the rest of the public areas ). The restaurant served bad food and in the wrong order ( main […] course before the starters etc ), when we were to pay for the dinner we were faced with a receipt more or less double of ewhat we actually ate and drinked. The waitress fixed this but the overall experience in the resaturant was not good. The breakfast was in all fearness OK but the problem here was that they did not have room for all the guests eating at the same time. The most expencive and the worst hotell we experienced during our vacation travelling in Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Not worth the money:-( Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
