The densely packed skyscrapers along this busy highway thin out slightly through New Dubai, a residential and commercial zone of malls, golf courses, art galleries and nightspots. The green expanses of Safa Park are popular with local families while the Mall of the Emirates has an indoor ski slope. Further south, the Golf and Diamond Park offers guided factory tours. Off Intersection 5, Dubai Marina is surrounded by luxury developments.

Was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the whole staff at the hotel. Took my 7 year old with me, and she was treated like a princess, especially at breakfast time. The Hotel felt neither warm nor welcoming.The carpet in the room was dirty.Also it was difficult to use the bath tub without water spilling out. Food in the Pub was poor. The lobby needs cheering up with fresh flowers and pictures etc. One small bar of soap was available for three people The tea maker had to be changed and the safe fixed. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and we would like to apologize for the service shortfalls you encountered. We would, however, like to respectfully point out that we do have flowers and pictures in our lobby and that our Pub recently won the award for "Best Pub Grub in Dubai";. Also, as our bathtubs are free-standing, the possibility that water splashes out can, of course, not entirely be ruled.
Hotel rooms n bathroom are excellent, very comfortable, main problem is location, it is far away frm everything, price is cheap but if u going for holiday u will use all money in taxi, so better book somewgere near to locations u r intetested to visit. In regards to the location, it obviously depends on where in Dubai you want to be. We are 5 minutes from the nearest Metro station, and 10 minutes walk from Dubai Marina. We also provide twice daily shuttles to various malls and the beach. We were sorry to hear that you did not find the location suitable for your purposes, but do hope that we will be able to welcome you back in the future if business or pleasure takes you to our part of Dubai.

Great staff - very helpful. The bed was amazing and we slept like queens. Fantastic bathroom, loved the Spa area. Close to the metro and a small supermarket. 15-20 min walk to the beach, a little far but alright. Walking distance to Dubai Marina. We will definitely return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Dette hotellet ligger ganske øde til, kun en supermarked i nærheten. Hadde forventet mye bedre service, finere lobby, bedre mat på restauranten når det er en 5 stjerners hotell. Vi ble lurt av hotellet, altså vi betalte for et rom vi aldri fikk. De hadde ikke flere igjen av de rommene fikk vi beskjed om, og fikk et dårligere romtype. Området rundt hotellet har faktisk fire innsjøer og et stort antall butikker og restauranter. Hotellet ligger også svært nær metro og Dubai Marina. Vi er ikke sikker på hva du mener med å si at du har betalt for et rom du aldri fikk. Vi sjekket våre opplysninger, men uten nærmere opplysninger er det umulig å finne ut mer. Vi ønsker å beklager eventuelle problemer som har blitt forårsaket.
