2 double beds made for a tighter fit in the room. The room we requested -- king bed with hideaway bed -- would have been more comfortable but they did... not have any of these when we checked in due to the NY celebration. The major complaint is the breakfast buffet -- it closes too early at 930am, which means you have to be there at 900am since they take the food away right at closing. We had already requested a late check-in but after a four hour flight delay did not arrive until 4am so we were pleased with the speed of check-in. Our room was spacious however we had to call down for bedding as none had been provided for the sofa bed even though we had booked a triple room. Housekeeping seemed shocked and even asked if we really needed […] bedding as it was so late!!!! 45 minutes later the bedding arrived and we were left to make up the bed ourselves. Behind the sofa bed were nuts and used tissues so obviously it hadn't been moved by the cleaners for some time. Although we had paid for breakfast we slept right through so we are unable to comment about that. There were no toiletries in the bathroom at all and after the bedding issue we chose not to 'bother' housekeeping again! On the plus side there is free WiFi at the hotel, we were allowed a late check-out (14.00) and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport for our connecting flight. Read more

The reason why I booked into the Holiday Inn Express it was convenient location wise and included breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for, while the overall experience was above average. The breakfast was average. I would stay there again as the price was reasonable comparatively. Very good location of hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we would have is the shuttle service for the hotel we had a while to wait for it to collect us from the airport. And at 5am in the morning there was no room for us on the bus so we had to go and get a taxi which they charge extortion prices.

This is an ideal flight stopover hotel clean and lovely staff. A little advice always check out the tour companys in the Discouer Dubai booklets in your room, we had a bad experience with Yahoo Tour Company, did not turn up and charged us twice for tour. Otherwise all good. PS why ask for this comment if you cannot print it.

Nice hotel, but i travelled with my wife and 2 children ( 3 and 1, 1/2 years) and the room was not too confortable for all of us. The room service wes not too fast to give us extra towels (they forget to give us 4 towels...). 空港近くにあるこのホテル。メトロから歩いても行けない距離でないですが、タクシーが便利。無料送迎バスも、帰りに使用しました。WAFIモールやCIｔｙCentreにいくならばいいのですが、ドバイモール中心に観光を考えるならば、そちらにとった方が良いかと思います。ホリデーホテル系のホテルが近くにあります。そちらの方がとても便利です。WIFIが有料と書いてありましたが、無料で使え大変ありがたかったです。行く場所によっては、価格も場所も申し分ないと思います。

Hotelværelset var utrolig rent og nydeligt. Meget bedre end det, som vi havde forventet af et 2-stjernet hotel. Der var trådløst internet i lobbyen, og computere, som man kunne bruge. Badeværelset var rigtig pænt og rent, og der var bl.a. føntørre, ogg håndlæderne blev hurtigt udskiftet. Morgenmaden var meget varieret i moderne og rolige omgivelser. […] Egentlig er der kun godt at sige om selve hotellet. Men deres taxiservice var en del sent om at komme og hente os fra lufthavnen. Da de ikke ved hvornår deres gæster vil ankomme til hotellet, tror jeg de har lidt svært ved at sende taxien til den rigtige tid. Men hvis man sørger for at ringe inden man kommer helt udenfor, tror jeg ventetiden bliver mindre. Men alt i alt, har vi været mere end tilfredse med alt andet. :) Read more
