Hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast was a bit poor, I expected a continental bone with plenty of variety. Room service was ok, though we were a bit... dissappointed when we arrived. We had to wait about 10 minutes outside the sun in the hotel waiting for help to bring in our luggages. When we complainedwe were informed that the bell boy just helped a guest up. A noi l'albergo e' piaciuto, le sistemazioni standard sono enormi (camera, grande cucina, salotto con dicvano letto, balcone e DUE bagni!) e il personale molto gentile. La cucuina ha forno a microonde, bollitore e tostapane, manca un po' di stoviglie e posate, ma basta chiedere e loro le forniscono! La posizione e' in un quartiere nuovo e non ci sono […] molti locali attorno, ma c'e' un comodissimo supermercato appena dietro. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficolta' a trovare taxi (il nostro mezo di trasporto abituale) e la collocazione dell'Holtel e' comoda perche' a meta' strada tra la parte vecchia di Dubai (Deira e il Bur) e la parte nuova. La piscina sul tetto e' piccola ma piacevole, solo a Natale l'acqua era freddissma! Read more
