I stayed here for a month straight in June 2010 and recently I spent about a week and half. I like Minc because a) The rooms are actual apartments and... they are clean and not stale smelling like other apartment hotels in Dubai; b) I've stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels in Dubai for weeks at a time and I would much prefer to stay in a hotel apartment than a hotel room for a much better rate; c) the staff are extremely helpful printing out documents for me, arranging taxis, and sending faxes; d) finally this hotel is within walking distance of the Mall of Emirates or a 10 Dhs. taxi ride and let's be frank what else is there to do in Dubai other than walk around a mall. I've been staying at this hotel a number of times, and they've never let me down. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. I've tried a few of the other hotels in the area, but MiNC is without a doubt my preferred choice. A sports bar and watering hole is found around the corner, as well as a local […] grocer and other smaller shops.
