    Hospitaility unmatched, professionalism superb, confident and courteous staff willing to please the patrons. This is an older hotel that is a well kept... little place amongst some towering gaints, it is in a great location and easily acessible, with a great creekside view of the tallest building in the world. close to shopping malls and restaurants also public transportation available. by Robert B  from New Jersey on 06/27/11

    I really liked the service at the hotel. Their breakfast was absolutely excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's near by the Union metro station in Deira. As a minus, the hotel is pretty old and in need of refurbishing. Plus, the wireless internet will cost you extra.

    ドバイには沢山のホテルがあり、選択に悩みましたが、初めてのドバイ訪問のため、日本人スタッフがいるというこのホテルを選びました。出発前から、日本語のメールの遣り取りで、色々教えていただきました。ホテルは、家庭的な感じです。日本人スタッフ以外の方でも、日本語が少し出来る方がおられたり、日本語の現地案内がフロントに置いてあったりして、日本人でドバイに不慣れな方には、是非おすすめしたいホテルです。朝食に、和食もあったのは、嬉しい驚きでした。
