The hotel is no more then 3 star, the location is good but there is hardly any lobby, small rooms, limited elevators,the room amenities are minimum e.g. only two bath towels , 2 tea 2 coffee 1 soap limits you very much, there is other customers which are loud and walk in the lobbies.

Overall kind of a disappointing stay. The room was fair, but not great.Even though I checked in late in the afternoon, I had to wait for my room to become available. Furniture was kind of run down. The overall look of the hotel seemed to be ne that has seen better days. Bathroom was pretty tiny, and the towels in there were kind of crappy. I usually […] stay at a different Sheraton in Dubai that I would characterize as excellent. I could not get in there on this trip, so chose this one instead, expecting the same level of quality. I was disappointed, and will not stay here again. One final thing. Someone, either a previous guest or staff member swapped all the vodka out of the minibar for water. They tried to pin it on me. I only mention staff because this is the first time any hotel ever told me they would not let me check out til they checked the minibar. Only after I raised a big stink did they back off. ATM on site would not work with my VISA card despite the VISA label there on. I had to walk down the street for an ATM. Read more

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and always said hello when in contact with them.What was lacking was the proffesionalism in their job,such as the cleaning of the room everyday when we had gone out for the day.on 2 occasions the room had not been serviced and therefore came back to a dirty room after a day touring in Dubai.When we reported to the […] manager,she failed to apologies and could not understand the basic premise of running a well run hotel where the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.Her excuse was that it was Ramdan and that the staff were working half-days shifts?? The towels were not changed and i had to ring room service on a number occasions to get fresh towels! Overall the hotel is located in a perfect place with all the emenities nearby,and is excellent for Families or large groups.What the hotel lacks is a Leadership role within its management and during our stay we did not get any calls for the hotel manager or senior person to find out how are stay was like during the week. I booked this hotel because it was 4 star and because of the brand name I expected a lcertain level of service. They have the basic structures and ammenities for a 4 star hotel but maintenace I must say is poor. The first room we got smelled of wet dog. We asked for a change and got a better smelling room but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It […] had black accumulated water stains on the tiles that was quite frankly disgusting. Also for the 3 nights that we were at the hotel, our room was never cleaned. They would just make the bed and restock supplies. I was really really disappointed. I book 4 star hotels to guarantee me a certain level of service. However, the Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very little hot water coming through shower/bath on first and second morning - remembered to ask at reception for it to be fixed on second morning. I could see that the receptionist wasn't really listening and made them write the room number down. It wasn't fixed. la doccia non funzionava e ho dovuto chiamare per farla aggiustare; il phon non c'era e l'ho chiesto per l'in domani ma non mi è stato messo; di notte c'era un rumore di fondo ritmato ( forse discoteca ? ) che dava fastidio. ho pagato poi per due colazioni un totale di 170aed ( circa 40 euro !! ) Saluti
