"Overpriced hotel with rude staff"
The hotel services are way too expensive, staff is not friendly at all. Location is great. Rooms are average. I'd say Lotte Hotel in Moscow is the best for now. Hyatt is somewhat better as well, even though older.Genuine Expedia guest review
