Booked a king for two adults. Got a full condo with two bedroom two bath, and full kitchen/living room and balcony. Everything about this Hotel was awesome, from the moment we walked into the Lobby till the last moment we left. I will recommend […] this place to everybody looking to travel to St. Martin who is looking to stay in a condo type of accomodation. This hotel is centrally located in Simpson Bay, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as concierge services to keep you busy. Also laundramat conveniently on premises. You can easily hook a cab or rent a car right in the lobby and tour the island which is a must see. Plenty to do at resort as well, with activities for the kids and a decent calm beach and pool with pool bar. More geared towards families due to the amenities at the hotel, but still just the hubby and I found it very clean, comfortable and fun. Would return again, and again, and again. This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Royal Palm. The location is great-loads of restaurants within walking distance. Close to brand new supermarket. New French bakery across the street. 5 minutes from airport. The units are spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, two full baths and well-equipped kitchen. The Royal Palm Beach is an older time share/hotel situated in a great location in Simpson Bay with an easy walk to a grocery store and many restaurants and shops but it is in need of some upgrades. The beach and pool area out side are very nice and well maintained. The lobby is quite small and the desk service is slow. This is the only are you can get […] wi-fi. The rooms have nice views but are in need of some update. In our room, the windows leaked from rain, there were a couple of tile missing from the balcony, and one of the doors to the bathroom didn't shut properly. I love the location of this hotel. It is close to many restaurants and th activities desk is very helpful. We went on a sunset sail for just $15 pp. The only downside is that the rooms do not have internet. This was ok since I just brought my laptop to the lobby where they have free wifi. The room was very spacious and modern. Location good, walking distance to fun restaurants. On a juste passé un week-end en amoureux au Royal Palm Beach et on a été super ravi ! La chambre était gigantesque avec terrasse qui donne accès directement à la plage.
