The Pousada is a beautiful historic construction and the decoration is in accordance with the building with lots of museum pieces. The staff is very... helpful, the room was comfortable and clean; we requested to stay in the fifth floor that is the “historic” floor (ancient cells) and we got a room with beautiful city view. Breakfast was very good; we did not had the chance to have dinner at the hotel, but the dining room is beautiful and it seems worth having dinner at the hotel. Although the Pousada is in the upper part of the town, it is a very short drive, around 1 km, to the historic center. It was amazing to be in a town that is considered be the cradle of Portugal with an amazing history center dated from centuries ago and staying in a historic building like Santa Marinha da Costa; it felt like being part of history. by a Hotels.com guest on 05/17/11

O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro histórico. No entanto, o atendimento foi ótimo e o quarto é confortável. Além disso, o hotel se situa num antigo convento o que não deixa de ser mais um atrativo.
