Very nice modern hotel in the center of town. Computer in the room along with an iPad if you don't bring your own. WiFi was great. Parking only on the street which can be scarce or in the very expensive (€35 for 24hrs) public lot a short 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the comfort and style of our room. We loved this cute little hotel. Good location, a short walk from the shopping,dining neighborhoods. We really liked the modern decor in the lobby and the room. First the position of the hotel is brilliant for visiting Lisbon. Everything easy walking distance. Problem is the hotel markets itself as a funky designer place, at the expense of simple practical requirements of a hotel. Our room was perhaps especially bad but some of the concerns would apply to all. Air conditioning. The statement implies that the […] air is conditioned. But on the last night of our stay the so called air con was only pushing out hot air despite the room being hot! Thermostat made no difference. Talk to staff and was told they had just switched the air con from cool to heat as someone had complained about the lack of heat (it was still 18C so not that cold!). Now that is not air con. As our room only had windows onto an internal atrium, even with these wide open there was no cooling breeze. Shower. This leaked vast amounts of water over the floor and the staff said that this was a problem for all rooms. Funky design V practicality. We used a face cloth to stop the worst, but the next day these were not replaced. Musty. The sink had a distinct musty aroma coming from the drain that was somewhat off putting. Sink design. Small funky and flat. So (A) nowhere to put stuff and (B) water stayed on the surface rather than draining. Lighting. Not enough – funky design v practicality On the plus side the iPad+Mac were great. The staff were friendly but seemed unable to solve the issues when raised. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is free internet and a computer in every room. Also, the location is absolutely magnificent and in the heart of the city. I would recommend the hotel for everyone.

emplacement: idéal a coté du tramway ligne 28, le plus célèbre de lisbonne. Accueil: tres professionnel, la manager est a l'écoute de nos attentes, l'acceuil prend un plaisir a nous conseillé les meilleurs sites ainsi que des très bons restaurants!! Petites remarques qui ont son importance: de la tres bonne musique a l'entrée de l'hotel et en plus […] ca sent très bon!! Prix: un peu inquiet avant d'arriver, nous sommes des français et nous avons pas l'habitude de payer si peu cher pour un niveau de qualité équivalent a ce type de prestation!!!! Chambre: tout est neuf, contemporain, soignée avec du gout. Nous avons même eu droit a un ordinateur "mac" pour une connections internet en wifi FREE, ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour un long séjour.
