"Not sensibly managed"
In the past many years, I have always been given two door cards (Keys) at request when check-in. Unfortunately, this time the same requested was turned down. The front desk staff said that their computer system could not provide a second key. As my suite is supposed to sleep 4 persons, such new rule is insensitive and caused undue inconvenience. The […] manager responsible for house keeping is incompetent in that he failed to ensure things are in order before new houseguest checks in, e.g. the air conditioner is working, the aged pillows are replaced, etc. As we (2) were staying for six days, we have to pay 10 euro for 24 hours internet connection. Lots of hotels over the world would have waived such charge, esp. if a guest is occupying an executive suite and staying for more than a couple of days.
