The ac unit on my room was leaking and I spent tre days with a wet rug, the cleaning crew nkew about it but nobody did anything about it. On my last night the front desk ask me if I walnted to have a difentent room< my respond was Are you freking seriuos after tre days you ask my on my last night. "Near beach,lovely staff, resolvable inconveniences"
I loved it! The rooftop breakfast makes you feel lucky and fresh. The beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The people in and out of the hotel are so friendly. The bus stop to Old San Juan is a 4 min walk (on your way to the beach). The staff are ready to help out with anything. Some inconveniences that could be resolved: 1) the carpets in the room […] have a slight humid odor, so turn on the air conditioner and bathroom fan when you leave the room; 2) I made three phone calls from the room totaling 22 minutes and 4 min for dialing an incomplete number totaling my phone bill to 137usd, so don't use the phone; 3) the hardboiled eggs at breakfast are sometimes leftovers from the breakfast before, so eat the fruits, cereals and yogurt. El hotel está bien, a las habitaciones les falta un poco más de limpieza, debido a que la alfombra está en mal estado, el hotel no cuenta con restaurante, pero está rodeado de 3 restaurantes de buena categoría, en general el hotel es bueno y por el precio está bien, sugeriría poner en las habitaciones una botella de agua por lo menos.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
