"Good for tight budgets and good location"
After researching budget accommodations in Krakow, we settled on Aparthotel Siesta. The room was more of a typical European room than the chain hotels (i.e. smaller) but it was clean, as was the bathroom. "Aparthotel Siesta Krakow."
Ingen internett på rommet. Informerte om dette rett etter ankomst. Ingen bedring etter to døgn, selv om damen i resepsjon ringte hotellsjef mens vi var der. damen i resepsjonen var faktisk klar over dette.. Vi sto i gangen til rommet for å kunne skjekke mail osv. Fyll og fest i bakgården rett utenfor vårt vindu siste natt, resulterte at vi avbrøt ferien […] ett døgn for tidlig, selv om vi hadde betalt for tre døgn.Det var faktisk slossing i bakkgården kl 0100 om natten! Rommet var ikke rengjort skikkelig ved ankomst. Gulvet var rett og slett møkkete. Positivt at sengeklær var rene. Det var ikke dopapir, men jeg fikk ett par ruller i resepsjonen. Andre morgen banket det på døren vår kl 0700. Det var en polakk som ville inn og utføre service på en radiator som var løs på veggen. Han kunne ikke engelsk, men avsluttet besøket når han så at det ikke passet med mitt kroppspråk. Totalt sett var dette ett elendig hotell som vi angret på at vi hadde booket dessverre. "Nära till centrum"
Hotellets första intryck kändes inget vidare. En stängd port med en ganska risig trappuppgång mötte oss. Receptionen var liten å trång men personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående. Väl upp för de tre trapporna så fick vi först med en nyckel ta oss in genom första dörren o sedan med nästa nyckel in till vårt rum. Där inne blev vi överraskade. Ett fräscht […] inrett rum med sköna sängar. Hotellet ligger nära, 5 min promenad t torget. Som att ha lånat en lägenhet, kändes inte som ett hotell enkelt, billigt å helt ok!
