"Location good, hotel was okay"
After reading the rave reviews here I was a bit overwhelmed when checking in - it is pretty similar to most 3 star hotels in European cities. After staying 4 days I can add the following: Positive: location is excellent and the bed very comfortable. Negative: service was surprisingly poor, difficult internet access (I went to another hotel to use the […] internet) and it was a bit noisy both from the street as well as the fact that the stairs are not carpeted so you hear everyone using them. "Comfortable"
The hotel is not too far a walk from the station around 15 minutes and is right near the center of town around 5 blocks. The staff varied some were very helpful others seemed rushed and overwhelmed with a little attitude. The room was small and basic but fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great location near everything, safe, very clean; Desk staff specifically 2 young girls, Ola and Carolina were outstanding and a credit to the hotel. Room too small for 2 people; bathroom although quite adequate, newer and roomy had no where but a 5" shelf to set personal hygiene things, e.g. cosmetics on, only 2 towels per person, no washcloths, no […] coffee pot, hairdryer was old fashioned with minimal wattage. Beds very comfortable although narrower and shorter than a twin bed and in the way of opening balcony door. Breakfast area disorganized with only one person tending to replenish and food boring after 3 days, everyday the same layout-no variety and at times eggs and crepes were cold Would not return there, too many other choices. "Great hotel & a great restaurant!"
The Staff was great, very helpful!! The restaurant serves great food, not the typical cuisine that you would expect from a hotel. many of the selections are home style Polish dishes and priced lower than many other restaurants in the area. "Remarques sur l'hôtel"
Cet hôtel est très bien placé à Cracovie, quelques minutes à pied du centre de la vieille ville et des trams. Remarques de notre part : les femmes de chambre ne remplacent pas les produits de salle de bain ! Un gel de douche et un savon le premier jour et ensuite plus rien ! C'est tout de même un peu juste pour un séjour de 5 nuits, de plus nous avons […] eu quelques fois des serviettes de toilette propres certes, mais trouées ! "Das Hotel lag an einer stark befahrenen Strasse"
Das Hotel lag zwar recht günstig zur Besichtigung der Altstadt, alledings an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Es war sehr laut. Kaum zu glauben, aber es gab an einem Tag auch kein warmes Wasser.
