"Service needs improvement"
It is ridiculous that the hotel's in-room Wi-Fi only allows one single user at a time. My friend and I had to take turns to surf the Internet. Besides, at 11 a.m. on the day of our departure, the reception called to remind us of checking out on time. Isn't it frustrated?
