i love this hotel,security was excellent,services are exceptional..the only thing that i dont like is the internet connection.guest are allowed 3 hours of free internet in the room everyday (i cannot connect) wi-fi is free now everywhere,,this is a five star hotel i am very disappointed...internet sucks!!! and they want to charge me 17 dollars a day […] for a cable i cannot connect ..really????no thanks!!over all,its a good place to stay..i will be back here again, next time i visit manila!!!! I thought it was great. Its a great hotel. If your looking for a hotel that going to make you want to stay in and not leave. Then this is the one. "The Diamond in Manila: Close to Shopping and Enter"
The Diamond in Manila is certainly a true 5 star experience. Upon a very warm welcome check in I was offered a few different packages to upgrade my room and one I took advantage of and seemed to reopresent good value for money. The room was extremely well appointed and tidy with every conceivable extra thing you could possibly need to make the stay […] comfortable and as I was staying for 9 x nights this was very much appreciated. The lady that serviced my room during my stay could not have been more pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her I also enjoyed the music liunge on the 27th floor and it is a great idea to have live talent each night ! The swimming pool area is very well done and very relaxing with a good water temperature ( some other hotels I have stayed at before in Manila the pool has been too cold ) The staff at the pool area were also very friendly and I was very impressed with their attention to detail Overall the hotel is exceptional and reasonable value for money. It certainly lived up to all expectations and especially service. "Most safety Hotel"
It's very safety. It has private vault(electrical 4 digits safe). Near the Baywalk, I has jogging every morning. And it is close to the convinient store. "アップグレードしたが、朝、マニラ新聞がない。"
マニラ ダイヤモンドホテル 夜の宴会が行われていて、最上階の部屋なのでにバンドの音が入ってくる。うるさいな＾～～～～～～と思ってるうちに寝たようだ。宿泊中はず～～～～～～と同じ。 バスタブの排水が悪く、ハンドシャワーがほしかった。 接客はさすがに良い、設備のメンテナンスが必要なところが目立つ。経営者の視点の問題。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
