Me and my fiancee stayed for 3 nights in santiago in Costa Paseo Huerfanos. The apartments are very well located, close to Cerro Santa lucia, Bairro Lastarria, and in a walking distance from the Center (where are almost all museum and many touristic atrattion) and 2 or 3 blocks from subway. The apartments have daily cleaning service but no other hotel […] services (the check in is made at the apartment reception, not like a hotel). Door to door to the apartments is a very good supermarket and a pharmacy. The apartments are very well equiped, with fully functional kitchen (with glasses, plates and etc), nice living room with couch and tv, a very good bathroom and 2 rooms. The apartment is in a very beautiful brand new building. Also, the staff from the Apart Hotel (their office is in the same building) was very helpful when we needed (for car rental and etc). In conclusion, a very nice place to stay for visiting santiago or for business reasons, specially considering the price charged. Read more

Well located in downtown and a walking distance to many points of interest.The hotel includes several apartments in a complex of about 4 towers.Our room was quiet : 12th floor and not on the sreet side. The apartments are fairly new and well located. Check-in was chaotic. The apartment is on 2 levels, with the kitchen, stools, couch and mattress on the lower level, while the bed, bathroom, wardrobe and TV were upstairs. The aircon was below the upper level, so the lower level would cool down, but it had no effect after an hour on the sleeping area. […] If you wanted to watch TV, you had to be in bed; if you wanted to be cool in summer, you had to sit below where there was no TV. If you cooked, you had to sit up to a small bench. Check-out was at 12 noon and not negotiable. The office (unmarked and on the 8th floor) was unmanned on Sundays. It was not possible to arrange to leave a suitcase anywhere after checkout. Staff twice offered to check out my questions, but on neither occasion returned to me with answers. It felt like you were taken to your room, and basically abandoned for the time of your stay. Read more

Very clean, but could do with a little maintenance and no fan, air-conditioner or hairdryer. This was a great place to stay while visiting Santiago - a real home away from home! It was very convenient for sight seeing with several important sights such as Santa Lucia Hill within easy walking distance. The Santa Lucia and Bella Artes metro stations were nearby and easy to use. Local cafes were excellent value and the large supermarket right […] next door was a real bonus. The swimming pool on the top floor was an added delight and an excellent place to get city photos. The units were small but very well designed and the standard of maintenance was high. As non-Spanish speakers we would have appreciated an English translation of basic information eg the location of the pool and the supermarket. Read more

I've stayed in different apartments in this complex. They all vary slightly. You may not get exactly what you booked, but you will get a clean, modern, safe apartment in downtown Santiago. It's close to lots of attractions and is totally like being at home. It's a great option for a stay in Santaiago.

Ein Apartment im 18. Stock des Tower B, somit sehr ruhig. Supermarkt nur 5 Schritte entfernt. Zentral gelegen. WiFi i.O. Entgegen der Beschreibung keine Klimaanlage - war aber jetzt Anfang Dezember kein Problem. Das Apartement ist von den Holzeinrichtungen her sehr schön, aber in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand (wenn das mal gemacht wird, ist […] es absolut TOP!) . Bei den Küchenutensilien fehlt ein großer Topf. Großer gut funktionierender Kühlschrank Bett war i.O. Sonntags kein Zimmerservice! Sichere Unterkunft! Bom aparte hotel, embora a recepção que fica fora da entrada em uma sala (805) na torre D. Os porteiros dizem que não lhes compete qualquer assistência e portanto ficamos sem saber a recorrer. As trocas de roupas da Cama não são feitas todo dia, na temporada de 7 dias, não foram trocadas.

Überraschender Weise habe ich ein richtig schönes Appartement bekommen mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht, Herd und Geschirr, CD-Player, Badezimmercomfort usw. Ich habe dann auch noch bis zum Ende meines Aufenthaltes, also insgesamt 14 Tage verlängert. Die Lage innerhalb von Santiago de Chile ist hervorragend und man kommt zu den interessanten Plätzen […] zu Fuß. Abweichend von der expedia-Ankündigung gab es kein Frühstück. Aber dadurch, dass es kein Zimmer, sondern ein Apartment war, wurde das ausgeglichen hinsichtlich des Preises. Zu bemerken ist vielleicht noch, dass es sich bei dem Hochhaus-Komplex nicht um ein typisches Hotel, sondern um ein großes Vielzweck-Wohngebäude handelt, viele Menschen haben darin eine Wohnung und nur ein Teil sind Touristen oder sonstige Gäste. Dit hotel is gunstig gelegen. Om de hoek ligt een grote supermarkt van Lider. Plaza de Armas op loopafstand. De keuken is volledig ingericht en alles functioneerde goed. O Hotel está muito bem localizado, metro perto, supermercado, enfim, otimo lugar. O apartamento é novo, super aconchegante, como as fotos. A unica parte ruim é que na confirmação de reserva enviada pelo Hoteis.com informava que havia cafe da manha e não há! Outro ponto ruim é que procurei umas 3 vezes alguem na recepção do hotel (que fica na verdade […] em um outro quarto em outro predio no mesmo condominio) e tambem nao havia ninguem. El dpto que me tocó fue muy lindo, lo mantuvieron siempre limpio. Lo único que no me gustó fue que yo reservé el lugar porque en la página web decía que tenia desayuno incluido pero eso no fue verdad. Deberían remover ese servivio de la página de la oferta de este hotel porque a mi la persona encargada me dijo que nunca tenían desayuno.

Não é hotel, é um apto com serviço de limpeza. Só não tem café da manhã, mas tem cozinha com todos equipamentos e supermercado em baixo do prédio. Achei excelente, muito novo e com a possibilidade de cozinhar eventualmente!
