Know where you are staying and plan accordingly. PROS: clean room, hot water and great water pressure, comfy bed, easy location in terminals, quick access to connecting flights on layovers. CONS: bring converters or INTL converter for US electronics, no english TV stations even though they advertised that there were.

Really enjoyed it. After a 13 hour flight it was relaxing!! The only thing I would recommend is more bottle water. There was two but I think 4 would be just the right amount.

Great spacious and clean room with most amenities except a tv channel,showing Champions League Games!! Also Hotel staff had no idea where in the terminal the game was being televised although we managed to find a very crowded and buzzing place in the end. Apart from this hiccup, our stay was very comfortable.

This the worst hotel to stay, 1-I can't take my luggage inside the hotel because I can't get a booking ticket to the next day. The control everything in this society and if you are recommended this hotel you must explain all this rules, I sleep at the airport terminal.

Very nice hotel, very spacious and it does not feel like you are in an airport. It is quite difficult to find it though. I stayed in terminal 3, once you exit your plane just follow the sign for transfer, just like you are transferring to another flight. You go through the security then go up one level, then turn left, you should be looking for an elevator […] going up, but this could easily be missed also. Your clue should be the pharmacy. Very convenient if you don't want to leave the airport but want a very nice hotel for an overnight. My only complaint was that the massage chair in the room didn;t work properly but I wasn't expecting that feature.

The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was great too. The comfort and convenice of the room was great also. Just a couple comments that I hope reach the Manager of the Hotel....the carpets need to be CLEANED or changed. The carpets are colorful, but when you look at them they really need cleaning or changing (look at room 2405). The executive floor […] is the best place to stay, more expensive but really nice. Breakfast was very good, but a huge delay for everyone who went there at about 0700. They were terribly short of staff and the food took almost forever to get to us. The place was full and there was only ONE server and he was very slow. There were two guys at the food bar and not sure what they were doing, but the Managers have to really look at the staffing situation. People need to get to their gates, and many were just sitting there waiting 30 + minutes for their food...we were one group that had to wait. Fantiastac hotel to stay at when traveling with no me for touring. Get off your fight go to hotel and following day you have a quick and easy to just be there at airport for catching flight to the next distination. No trveling to and from. Great hotel. In room service for dinner was very nice

Traveling, and, long lay over before connecting international flight, wow, what a wonderful surprise to find such a great hotel right inside the airport, and near my departure gate. And so unique to be build into the architecture of the modern airport design in Dubai. Everything about experience at the Dubai International Airport was superb.

Very good for a stop in Dubai on the way to another destination. You can be in your room 30 minutes after landing. The best thing is you don't go through customs or get your luggage. Just come down in the morning and go to your next flight. Just make sure you have a carry on with a few things you need overnight.

Staying at this hotel in the airport terminal was a big time saver. Waking up and walking to my gate was a pleasure. I have made this trip before and used hotels in downtown Dubai. Not having to use taxis and travel time was a big benefit.
