This is rated as a five star hotel but I have stayed in 4 star hotels which are better than this. I asked for inter connecting rooms, or rooms next to each other and although they were on the same floor, they were 10 rooms apart. On several occassions we had to ask for water and additional towels. Ameneties were limited to shampoo, conditioner and […] mouthwash, no vanity kit, razors, toothbrushes etc. Our room was not cleaned by15h30 in the afternoon and the hotel offers little for value for money. This is a lovely hotel with incredible service. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and kept that way throughout the day with 2 housekeeping visits to refresh towels, turn down the bed, put out slippers, empty trash cans, etc. I felt so pampered! The Langham is also in a perfect location for those interested in the upscale shopping area around […] Regent and Oxford streets. It is also close to 2 tube lines which get you just about anywhere in central London you'd like to go. We were extremely pleased with The Langham Hotel. All of the staff tried to be very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet every morning was not only delicious, but very helpful to busy travelers who want to leave early in the morning and need a quick breakfast. Absolutely loved the Langham. Very classy but warm and comfortable feel with very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. One of the best beds that we have ever slept in. We travel to London regularly and will stay at the Langham in the future.

Few detail should be improve like not working radio in the room, a little to noisy air condition but heating option not working too, old carpet smell in the room, but generally I can recommend this hotel to everyone. For England this hotel is almost perfect :-)

The Langham is a top shelf hotel. Although I found it necessary to pay for an upgrade from an unrenovated room to a room on the club floor, once that was done, my stay was superb. The breakfast, tea, and evening appetizers, were very good and all drinks were included. The Langham could take a cue from the Westin chain and improve their mattresses. As mentioned above we chose the Langham over other hotels in the same price range because the Langham has a pool, however, when I was checking the website 1 day prior to traveling they had posted a note saying the pool would be closed for a scheduled remodel (words to that affect) so we were quit disappointed by that especially becayse Expedia made […] no attempt to inform usof the closure. Still, all in all we were glad we chose The Langham because it was a beautiful, comfortable, friendly hotel. The location was very convenient to a major tube station (Oxford Circus) and Paddington station was an 8 pound taxi ride away (higly recommend the taxi from the Heathrow Express if you have more than one piece of luggage). Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was always spotless. Will absolutely stay at The Langham next time in London. Read more

This was definitely a beautiful five star hotel that I would recommend. The room was beautiful but small, I felt it was a bit crowded but comfortable. A bit more walking space in the room would of been nice. The service and people were excellent. The location was great. However, the indoor pool was a disappointment and no hot tub.

The hotel was recently rennovated and in very good shape. Our room was spacious and decorated in a pleasurable way although somewhat old fashioned. There was plenty of warm water at all times. The toiletries were somewhat short but I guess we could've asked for more. Service was sincere and professional. Location was more than perfect, Mayfair and Soho […] were both within a very short walking distance. Subway stations were abundant.
