"Convenient for breast cancer walk"

"Probably wont stay again"
After getting checked in and got our room key we were given a map for where to park and go in... We drove around parked in the exact spot they told us to and then proceeded to walk threw the hotel for 10 minutes looking for our room. We couldn't even find a sign saying which direction to go to find our room number. The hotel is so poorly laid out I […] know for a fact we got at least a two mile walk in by the time we left. We had a drink in the bar which was awful. I took two sips and couldn't do anymore so I wasted $10. The room was okay and for the most part clean. Spent one night here due to bad weather and not wanting to travel home after picking up a loved one at the airport. Everything was excellent. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful, even offered to extend our "check-out" time. The service was outstanding, they really did roll out the red carpet for you. With that said, unfortunately if you like a firm bed this is not the place for you. We were placed in a room with other people in it. The. Another room with one bed waisted 45 min of my time. Then the beds were hard pillows sucked and the hotel was outdated. "Was alright for a one night stay"
Our room was alright except for the TV being too big for the room and a sound that kept going off once in awhile like an elevator kicking in. The only other thing I wish was included is free WiFi and a free continental breakfast.
