Exactly what I expected. Stayed at this chain many times. This is not a hotel but more like renting a furnished apartment with full kitchen, so knew not to expect the shampoo, daily maid service, or a great location for walking to restaurants. It's designed for long term stays and if just staying for a night some may find it lacking. The building is located in a busy commercial area but while on the property felt secure and grounds are well kept as I've always found them to be at this chain. Excellent price - quite a bit less than others in the area. Was a bit concerned due to rating and other comments regarding this particular property but took the gamble and glad I did. If you have stayed with this chain and liked it you like this one too. Added bonus is they allow pets.

I decided to book a hotel away from downton Seattle to save a little money. It was much cheaper and much quieter, plus I didn't have to pay for parking. For single persons especially for one to two night stays, this hotel is probably overkill. I didn't really need the kitchen but it was nice to at least have a toaster for bagels in the morning. I wouldn't touch the pots/pans/utensils with a ten foot pole, but that's just me. The room was large, very clean, and had windows that open (!!). The television is quite small and the bed VERY creaky. The reclining chair was a nice surprise, very appealing after a long day of walking around Seattle. Overall I would recommend this place.

The price is what drew me to this hotel as I had to go to Seattle for personal business and had to stay for a total of 4 nights. I don't have a lot of money but in these times who does, so I was pleased with the price. The room was clean, there was no room service which was ok as I don't like strangers in my room when Im gone, you have to ask for extra towles or anything else that might run out during your visit, which was ok because I spent little time in the room, really only was there long enough to sleep. There is a full kitchen so you can make your own meals and Cable T.V. For the price this hotel was good and I would recommend it to anyone on a tight budget.

The hotel appeared clean except for the floor-there were peanuts to the side of the chair and a paper clip under the desk. The chair in the room needs to be replaced. It was nice to have the kitchen in the room but it would have been even better if there were a small bottle or packet of soap to wash the dishes with. I work in the hospitality business so I always notice the detail things that others might not. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel but I would probably stay there again.

we stayed at this hotel twice on our vacation. once at the beginning of the trip, and once in the middle. the first time it was wonderful and comfy..the second time we had a room with a broken chair and the beds were hard as rocks...so I have to say. while the hotel is one that I would recomend, I would just say be award that it kind of depends on the room you get as to how satisfied you will be. we had family with us in other rooms at this hotel during our trip and they probably wouldn't recomend the hotel due to their own personal experiences at the hotel. So...while both or our experiences were all right...it's hard to say which way it will go. I would stay there again...knowing that I might have to go to the front desk and request a different room if I get one that is less then acceptable next time:)

WiFi is additional one time fee (the Mexican restaurant down the street Las Margaritas has free Wifi), in the bathrooms, only soap is provided so bring your own toiletries or ask at the front desk before you get to your room, no phones in the room so if you have a question or need something, you have to go to the front desk, no ice machine on location. The ice cube trays in the refrigerator were empty, so no ice unless you want to wait. Bed was hard. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

This is suppose to be a chain of hotels, and first thing we find in our room a box of condoms. The refrigerator starts leaking, no maintenance people to fix it, management tells us to move ourselves to another room. We move to another room and what do we find, another box of condoms, and of course the refrigerator stars leaking, we left the hotel very dissatisfied. No response when I complained to corporate, I guess they dont care what their hotels are maintained. I would not recommend stay in this particular hotel.

Much nicer than expected. Only have three complaints. First we only got two pillows. Tried to get more, but it was Memorial weekend and they ran out. Second, we ended up getting a room on the end of the first floor right next to the stairwell. Heard people walking and unsupervised kids jumping down the stairs throughout the night. Nothing to worry about if you get an interior room. Finally, not many TV channels though we got Showtime. Other than that it was an excellent deal. Well lit parking lot and friendly office. Would definetly stay there again.

What was I supposed to use to wash my hands with? Luckily I had brought some of my own items from home. Also the referigerator in the kitchenette made a horrible noise and kept me up half the night. When I complained to the front desk the next morning, I was told the manager was stuck in traffic and so she took my name and number for a return call from the manager. I never got one. I called the next day and left a voicemail for the manager to call me and I did not receive a return call for that message either. Very poor customer service.

The only pros were: water pressure in the shower and cheap internet. I would recommend spending $20 more dollars and finding a different hotel.

This hotel was okay. There wasn't anything majorly impressive or negative about it, really. It's true there is somewhat of an odor but that is to be expected in extended stay hotels because people tend to do more cooking in their rooms than regular hotels. The kitchen is cute and has everything you would need and more. It was kind of out of the way for us, but good rates closer to downtown Seattle are terribly high. Overall I was content with this hotel.
