Pueblo Bonito Rose was great! The location is perfect, close to town (5 -10 min walk), yet far enough away to give you the secluded feeling. Having not been to Cabo before, and with so many hotel options in the area, we got lucky and picked the perfect one. I read all the reviews before we booked, some good, some of the more recent ones not-so-good, but I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every area. Great view, swimable beach, nice pool, friendly staff. I cant speak too much re food quality because we went to town each night, but everything from the deli shop was great.

The pool and beach were beautiful! We loved being able to walk into Cabo and walk to great restaurants on the beach and nearby. The food/drink service on the beach and at the pool was great and prices reasonable. The deli was very nice and handy. We had a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez from our balcony. It was also nice that we could use the Pueblo Bonito Blanco as well and charge food there too. We would stay again.

This hotel has some serious flaws! The walls and floors are tissue paper thin- You will know everything going on in all the rooms around you. But not to worry-the rooms have a constant smell of sewage thus you dont want to spend much time there. The time share pitch is over-the-top. On the good side the location and beach are great and the upscale Italian restaurant was great!

I was very disappointed with staying at the Rose. The only good thing was the location. ( and it is very beautiful). Hardly anyone spoke good english. We had a junior suite- 2 beds- means two people...we couldn't get ready at the same time- circuit breakers kept popping and the TV kept going off. ( You couldn't blow dry your hair and have someone else iron or use another outlet at same time) Our hotel keys only worked occasionally and it is was a hike back to front desk to get new ones. One day we wanted in our mini-bar and was told the "mini bar person" already left for the night!!!! I said I just wanted a key to get in to it- but apparently only that person has the keys! I will give kudos to one waiter on the beach- ISRAEL- he was outstanding!! If you are not sitting in his section you are in for a long wait from the others. I brought all of my concerns and disappointments to managements attention- and they just nodded and said sorry!! They had numerous opportunities to make it right and they chose not to!!! If all you care about is a view-and you don't mind spending over $300 night- then the rose is for you! Otherwise- there are lots of others in the same location!!!!

Pueblo Bonito Rose is an upscale hotel with beutiful rooms and amenities on Medano beach area of Cabo. Quality of food and pool side drinks were excellent.Excellent modern gym onsite. Bar prices were on high side. No real happy hour deals and drinks were 30% more expensive than at our previous resort on same trip.
