VERY BAD , It was a very cold night and the heater was not working, also we ask for non-smoking ...

"Nightmare @ Williams"

VERY BAD , It was a very cold night and the heater was not working, also we ask for non-smoking room a we got a smoking room, and it smell like cigarette smoke all night my husband had a headache. Very bad two days!
