The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very pleasant. The breakfast was adequate.

desk clerk at night was very nice. desk clerk in the morning was not so nice. Jet tube in room did not work and manager did not call us when he came in to work after our check out time. ok hotel to say in at a cheap price.

Hotel was ok. My view out of my window was about 10 broken down cars at a mechanic's shop. Front desk personnel was very nice at check-in.

My only problem is with the bath mat in the tub, especially since it was already placed in the tub. If included at all, it should be rolled up in the corner with a reminder posted on proper placement. I had a very nasty flip 10 years ago, breaking several ribs, just not thinking when I put it down. A grab bar would be preferred. I freak out at the sight of a mat!!! The hotel clerk promptly made a note of this, very gracious in accepting my comment. The hotel was not brand new, but the furnishings all seemed new and up to date.

This had to be one the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in I didn't want to leave. The staff was perfect. I was able to relax and unwind very easily in my room.

Though the location is only maybe 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, it's a world away. That can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. We saw it as a wecome respite. As for the actual hotel, it was very nice. The room was clean and had very nice amenities. I was, however, disappointed that there weren't any plates or glasses--it's not a kitchenette room, so it should have been expected. Also, the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Sounds like I didn't enjoy my stay at all, but it's not at all true. The hotel staff was wonderful and the nighttime chocolate chip cookies--awesome! I'd recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a relatively close to downtown location, close proximity to Franklin and other historic areas, and close to I65.

I love that they have free wireless internet! The breakfast is also quite impressive. Rooms are large and have a small refrigerator and a microwave. I like that they have a couch that folds out. Good place. We have stayed their two years in a row.

Hotel conveniently located in Brentwood, just south of Nashville. Easy access to Nashville Music City attractions via I-65 and connecting highways. Room was spacious. Good breakfast included in room rate.

I stayed in this hotel with 5 of my friends. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch. There was plenty of room for us all. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It even included free breakfast (not just muffins). I would definitely recomment this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable and good value for the price.

Our 4 night stay was great. Breakfast was good each morning, although a second waffle maker would have lessoned the wait. The hotel location allowed easy access to the downtown area as well as Franklin and Murfreesboro. It was great having a microwave and fridge in the room as well as a table and 2 chairs. Housekeeping visited each day and made our beds, freshened up the bathroom, and vacuumed. It was nice to come bakc to a clean room. The only complaint is that the pillows on the bed are so stuffed that they are not very comfortable for someone who prefers a flat pillow. Nightly cookies and coffee were are welcome treat and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we return next spring.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. It is clear that the owners and staff take great pride in upkeep of the property. The linens & pillows were fresh and our room was spotless. Breakfast was above average with a commercial grade waffle machine, sausage, and biscuits among other things. Will definitely stay here again.

We went to Nashville for a relaxing weekend away from home and children and got more than we expected from this hotel. The hotel was entirely non-smoking, which was kind of inconvenient for us, but we understand. Everything was very clean, extremely quiet, and the staff was GREAT!!

The Brentwood Suites is a nice hotel for a short stay in the Nashville area. It is not fancy elegant, but it is clean and pretty comfortable. Would be nicer if they had a flat screen TV and the if the Internet worked a little more consistently.

The hotel was very nice, the was excellent, they were helpful and very friendly. They did not have the type room that we had reserved so they up graded us to the Presidential Suite. No problems at all. We will probably stay they again the next time we are in Nashville. The location was great it was in a rather quiet part of Brentwood.

This hotel was great for what we paid. We had our kids with us, so they had to sleep on the sleeper sofa which they said was terrible. Other than this, no complaints.

During the night the neighboring car lot repaired what sounded like a Harley Davidson and played extremely loud music just before midnight. Otherwise, its a great place to stay.

We can't say enough about the fine service we received during our stay at Brentwood Suites. Julie and Alison at the front desk were courteous and helpful at all times! The rooms were very clean, and came equipped with many items. It is a 5 star hotel! The breakfast was great, and there is also a fitness room. The only item that I would add to improve anything is that there is no ceiling fan in the bathroom.....otherwise, it was very impressive! We would gladly stay there again!

We were traveling with our young children and found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. It is not fancy, but very comfortable. The beds and linens were new. The room was kept very clean. It is the ideal spot for travelers, especially on an extended stay. We were 15 minutes from Nashville and 10 minutes from Franklin, so it was right in the center of where we needed to be. The staff was awesome.

The room was great for the money. The front desk people were friendly and helpful with directioms and where to eat. The breakfast lady was very nice and maintained the food area very well,

Nice hotel. Room was clean. Standard breakfast. 2 free bottled waters then $1 a piece after that (bottled water is nice to have in Nashville). No swimming pool. Front foyer had a BO smell every time I passed through. Not right off the interstate. I'd stay there again. but would check other places first.

Great value compared to surrounding hotels. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean, large, comfortable room, great breakfast and cookies in the late afternoon/evening. Wonderful view of the mountains - Not far from Nashville at all - about 5 minutes with easy access to the highway. At least half the price as a Nashville hotel and twice as nice!

The owners of this hotel obviously take pride in their establishment and it shows not only in the expected places, like cleanliness and comfort but also in the many little extras. There was the plentiful breakfast bar with the addition of several hot items, the warm cookies in the evening and free bottled water in our room. We loved the availability of a computer and printer to print out our airline boarding passes and found the staff to be pleasant and quite helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was our second stay and there will be more. The motel and its furniture is in excellent shape. The staff is outstanding. Ths showers are very nice with lots of pressure and hot water. So far we have found nothing negative to say about our stays here.
