A complimentary Continental breakfast is provided each morning. The Parisian-style breakfast includes croissants, baguettes, espresso, and hard-boiled eggs. Guests help themselves in a tiny kitchen equipped with espresso machine and appliances. After breakfast, American coffee is available all day in the kitchen.
Bond St. Lounge - The hotel’s basement restaurant—a Miami outpost of Manhattan’s sleek sushi spot—is a minimalist, moody hideaway serving artful Japanese cuisine. A sushi table seats 12, and diners also settle into oversized chairs or huddle around a communal table to sample sake from an extensive list.
The rooftop terrace has teak patio furniture and queen-size waterbeds for lounging. During the day, the glass water tower is a cave into which sunbathers venture to wet their feet in a shallow pool and sit on benches misted by a small waterfall. The hotel also has a few bicycles that can be rented. Instead of a fitness center, individual work-out bikes and StairMasters are tucked at the end of floor hallways.
On the beach, vendors rent chairs and cabanas, and food carts sell snacks and drinks. Mopeds are available for rent in South Beach. Nearby Flamingo Park has tennis courts and a public pool. Windsurfers head to Hobie Beach.
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.
Nicknamed SoBe, South Beach is home to pastel-colored buildings, trendy shops and nightclubs, and top-notch restaurants. South Beach attracts socialites year-round and is one of the richest commercial areas on the beach. Topless sunbathing is tolerated on certain designated areas of the beach. Miami Beach is home to the city’s Art Deco district. Miami Beach also boasts the New World Symphony Orchestra. Lincoln Road, another popular tourist hotspot, is a great location for outdoor dining, shopping, bicycling and in-line skating.

I was pleasantly surprised with Townhouse Hotel on many different levels. First I noticed it was clean and stylish, and priced just right. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. I immediately discovered Townhouse is a chill, humble, unpretentious hotel. The rooftop lounge is beautiful, unfortunately it was closed for renovations during our stay. The staff were very professional and gracious, we checked in late at night and the gentleman at the desk was a gracious host, very accommodating, and informative. I was very pleased to find out Bond Street, one of my favorite Manhattan restaurants, which i have not visited in a while, was downstairs in the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner, the bartender was very friendly and not snooty and the chef, a middle aged Japanese man, was a master at work behind the sushi bar. His pasta with sea urchin and white truffle was incredible. This hotel is not for everyone, if you are in Miami Beach to see and be seen this is not the place for you. If you visit to chill, relax and have a good time in a stylish, unpretentious setting then this is the place.

I stayed at the Townhouse Hotel Miami when I got off of a cruise ship prior to driving 9 hours back home. When I checked in, the hotel staff were very, very nice and accommodating! They parked my car and brought my luggage to the room! What a nice treat after getting off of a cruise ship! The entire stay at this hotel, whenever I had a question about anything, the staff were ALWAYS pleasant and went overboard to help me in any way possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, not because of the location, which was awesome, but because of the staff there! They should all be applauded for their outstanding service to their customers!!!

Overall we really enjoyed our time here and had no complaints we definately plan on staying here again.

Stayed here for a few nights in late June. The room was very clean and comfortable, and equipped with wireless Internet access and cable TV (which we appreciated on a rainy afternoon.) Decor of both the room and the lobby are lovely and serene. Both young men I spoke with at the front desk were polite and helpful, and allowed me to use housekeeping's laundry room for my gym clothes. Hotel is located half a block from the beach, and there is a Walgreens a block away if you need to stock up on anything. The complimentary Parisian breakfast includes fresh baguettes, croissants, pastries, and hardboiled eggs. However, it doesn't include fresh fruit, so we brought our own and just used the buffet for coffee and espresso. If you don't want to pay for valet parking, there are ample lots and street parking (much more reasonable) in the immediate vicinity. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely stay at Townhouse next time I am in Miami.

Our room was on the ocean side about a block from the actual water. Great view and location, but the noise outside at night caused us to lose sleep the entire trip. The noise was from the cleaning crew of the restaurant on the lower level. They spend all night cleaning up after a busy day. Here are the noises you'll get to experience; loud cars screaming down the culdesac coming from the parking garage across the street, trash cans being emptied from the restaurant, loud talking and yelling from the cleanup crew til 5:30am, and the enormous fans running the airflow system for the several story hotel behind it - yes...they actually put the air handlers on the ground floor and it stands about two stories tall so you get to hear the enormous fans kick on and off all night long. We noticed it was much quieter if you sleep during the daytime. If that works for you, then its a clean little place close to everything. Oh yeah, and the breakfast area was always out of something (coffee, milk, etc) and is located in a closet where only one or two people can squeeze into at a time. They have room to do something different with this so it kind of surprised us. Anyway, if you sleep during the day, want close to the beach, and don't eat much, you'll do fine. The problem is, I think you could find a better place at the same price.

From the valet who parked our rental, to the interior staff, everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a bit spartan but in a stylish way. The same goes for the bathroom but we loved how the shower was an extension of the floor, with a curtain. It had a very "we're on vacation" vibe. All was super-clean (the strong smell of bleach hit us right away, which was reassuring but a little too much at first.) As for us, the location was perfect: close enough to walk easily to South Beach but far enough away that the general noise and action wasn't what we stepped right into outside the hotel. The hotel roof lounge was a cool, relaxed addition to our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed Townhouse and would return without hesitation.

I was SO happy that i chose this hotel... I sat on the computer for a hours trying to plan out the perfect vacation for my boyfriends 21st Birthday celebration. Upon arriving, we noticed that valet parking was a little pricey, so we drove over to the next block and found parking for half the price! Had no problems at all with the car... Checking in was made as simple as can be with really nice service. Once in the room, we saw it was a little on the smaller side, but it was very clean and we realized that it was a good size for just the 2 of us especially considering we weren't planning on spending a great deal of time in the room. The roooftop lounge was awesome, and beach is Right there. The South Beach night action was a bit of a walk, but it wansn't too bad. I guess the only downfall would be if you were expecting a pool, which they dont have... but considering the hotel is located right on the beach, that didnt bother us. The weaknesses are, not a lot of great views, no pool, and we had a leak in our ac unit that formed a huge pool on our floor. But the staff jumped on the ac leak quickly, and when they couldn't fix it completely, they comped one night at their own suggestion.
