Nice quiet room. We walked to see Cirque de Solei show at Marymoore Park. Only 15 minute walk... nice stroll plus avoided expensive parking fee show. My only two complaints about hotel was $15 overnight parking fee plus the towels for drying off after showering were like sandpaper. They should really provide softer, larger towels. It's just a Marriot, so don't expect anything more. But if you are there for Microsoft and want some shops around you, it's perfect. Our overall stay was nice. Had great front desk and restaurant service. We were served a delicious dessert c/o the chef for my moms bday. Front desk was extremely helpful. Our only issue was with valet. Settings were all changed and the mirror was hit while in valet.

I loved the nice deep tub. I was very sick all night and the staff were wonderful to me without exception. Breakfast was great. Easy parking. Very quiet.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 5 was because the room is rather small for a king size bed. For one person it was fine, but it would have been tight for two.

Everything about our stay was excellent EXCEPT the bar and restaurant staff. Absolutely terrible service by 20 somethings more interested in their personal conversations that waiting on their customers. For the money, book the Hyatt Place (formerly Hotel Sierra) and this is why: Marriott charges $15 per day for inroom wifi (free at Hyatt); Marriott does not include breakfast, or even good coffee, for the basic charge (amazing full cooked breakfast, free, at Hyatt); Marriott's pool is outdoors, Hyatts is indoors which is more useful for families; Marriott […] rooms don't have even a small fridge (Hyatt basic room has sink, full fridge, microwave...). I love staying here because you can walk to anything you need and it is centrally located for a hotel on the Eastside. I think that they are overpriced compared to the other hotels nearby so I usually only book it when I see a good deal.

It was advertised that there would be a refrigerator /microwave in the room. There was none. When I mentioned this at check out I was told it could have been brought to my room. That would have been nice to know before hand. Maybe a sign in the room stating this?? The beds although clean and plenty of pillows were not comfortable. They were VERY hard […] and saggy. I expected much higher quality beds considering this is a Marriott. The La Quinta in Bellevue had MUCH better beds. I did not like the $75 non-refundable pet fee. I think after my room was cleaned after I checked out if there were no issues at least a portion of it should have been refunded. most hotels only charge $15. Location of this hotel is very good. Plenty of shopping opportunitites and places to eat. A little disappointed with the black streak marks in the toilet (not something I expect from a Marriott hotel) and my girlfriend and I witnessed one of the valet's speed off in what appeared to be a hotel guest's vehicle. I guess because he figured it was later […] on in the evening that no one was looking. It truly reminded me of what you'd see in a movie. Glad it wasn't my vehicle. I purchased a night's stay with a breakfast for 2 included. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of freshly made food. It's cheaper to purchase your stay with a breakfast. Otherwise you'll be paying about $20 per person for the buffet. I believe it only cost around $20 more to purchase the package that includes breakfast. Overall, it was a good experience. This is my second stay here. The last stay was easily several years ago...the hotel hasn't changed much. Read more

The Marriott is conveniently located right next to the Redmond Town Center, making it a great location. The rooms, however, were a bit dusty, especially the curtains. As a result, we were coughing quite a bit at night and had trouble sleeping. I left Redmond 15 years ago. When I have the opportunity to go back, I stay at the Marriott Redmond Town Center. It's a short drive from the old neighborhood. It has easy access to the 520 to Seattle. There are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only problem I have is leaving.

We love the breakfast set up. Great location with the little mall and close to Bellevue mall. We come down to the Seattle area a couple times a year. We'll stay at the Marriott once and the Bellevue Westin due to their Xmas shopping special. We love the cleanliness and oveerall comfort of the Marriott. We'll be back soon.
