I checked out after 2 hours. The only positive thing is the staff was very nice. The hotel is located in a very suspicious area of town. I did not feel safe staying there. "Probably won't stay again"
Our room had a broom and spray bottle in it when we got there, I'm assuming not so we could clean up after ourselves? The remote didn't work, could only turn the tv on through the video game controller and the next morning we woke up to no water. Turns out they had a flood in one of the rooms and didn't know how to handle it so they turned off the water […] for the entire hotel. We needed to go to St Pete beach for a wedding. Knew about the quaility of this hotel chain from the one by us in NY. This one however was not nearly as nice. The toilet did not flush -- at all. Naturally, this condition is not discovered until after the fact. Since it was late and I was in no mood to deal with maintenance, I decided to fill the trash receptacle with water and handle the problem myself.
