This place was nothing less than amazing. I was weary from the pictures, but it is as nice as it seems. Its a huge house with the majority of the rooms upstairs, minus a big one down stairs. My girlfriend drove from Texas to visit and we went here, because these rooms are a lot more intimate than a normal hotel room. We stayed for a night, and then they changed our room to a nicer, bigger one for free :) the surrounding city doesnt have much to do, but theres plenty of fast food for late dinner runs. its about 40 minutes from Ft Bragg, so its not an unreasonable drive from places to do things. Both of our rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The bathrooms were large enough for the two of us to move around each other, and well stocked with soap and everything you need. It took a little adjusting from the hotel frame of mind to settle into coming into a "home" atmosphere but I adjusted. It turned out to be a very relaxing and pleasant visit. So easy to get to this place from I-95. The owners Rob and Carman are the greatest people. There wasn't a request I made that didn't have an immediate yes response.
