This hotel is close to everything Disney (all parks, Downtown and Boardwalk), Universal Studios, Sea World, good restaurants, shopping outlets, etc., so we were always able to get anywhere we wanted to go quickly. Clean spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Fairly close to Epcot.The site did not mention that Shuttles only go to Epcot and on very limited schedule. Also, they did not specify that even for the stays over 3 night stays there is a charge for housekeeping , even the change of towels. i booked through hotel.com , and when i got there i found out if you stay less than 3 nights, theres also a $42 cleaning fee (even though i left the room spotless and even washed the dishes), and about another $40 for bed tax fees etc etc things i have never heard of in ANY other hotel! i will never come back to this "resort"!

Stay there every time we go to Spring training Baseball. Very nice and convenient. Reserved a 3 bedroom 3 bath room for 3 couples which was confirmed months in advance. Got there and they only had 3 bedroom 2 bath rooms - told no 3 bath rooms in resort. Had fun and would stay again.

It was a very bad experience, nobody was able to help us solve a problem. The room wasn't clean enough, and was not made when we arrived after a long day of theme parks. The beds have holes, and are not confortable at all... The breakfast was horrible!!!! just muffins , bread, and a looong line to get a cup of coffe. a couple of fruits....

Hotel was just as described on the website. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem I had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was lumpy and needed replaced. The sheets would not stay on, either.

Spacious apartments. Very nicely furnished and clean. The feeling is like you're in your house and it is all at your fingertips. A large parking area so it's not a problem for parking. Great hotel for families.

The room was better than expected. I was surprised to see a washer and dryer in the apartment (which came in very handy). 3 bedrooms and two baths. The set up for out three bedroom three bath worked great for our family of five. The location is less than ten minutes from Seaworld, Magic Kingdom, and Universal. I cannot imagine trying to stay in a regular hotel room. Very pleased with the value we found at Worldquest. Breakfast is plain continental, but the full kitchens make it easy to do your own. Walmart/Publix is 1 mile away. Very close to Disney. If you miss the turn, you are in the parks before you know it. Pool was great - heated to 80F, hot tub was good at 104F. After staying at many orlando locations this is the one I will return to. It has everything you need and the pictures on the web site tell an accurate story. For the families the washer and dryer were a nice suprise. The property has only seven buildings which made it quiet and parking was never a problem. The carpet in the bedroom was gross. All the floors were dirty. You couldn't walk around the tiled rooms barefoot without getting your feet dirty. The sheets on the king bed weren't big enough to stay tucked in so they were always coming undone. Hotel/resort was nice. The grounds were clean. The room itself was spacious. We had a 3-bedroom suite. Each child had their own room and TV so no arguing. The only problem we had with the room, is the lack of insulation or sound proofing. We were on the 2nd floor and we heard everything that went on in the room above us. Moving a chair, walking, flushing […] the toilet... it was crazy. Sometimes they were up at 4 in the morning, and so were we. They weren't being loud, it was just the way the sound carried from floor to floor. There was an outdoor Tiki Bar for snacks/food during the day. The only down side was that of the 3 days we were outside, there were 3 different bartenders, and each of them made up their own hours/rules. Happy hour was supposed to be from 4-7, but the day we chose to hang out pool side all day, the bartender closed at 6 and didn't honor happy hour at all. The Tiki Bar was the only restaurant on property so if they were closed, you had to buy refrigerated/frozen foods from the convenience store for 100% mark up on Walmart brands. We did not have a car, and there was nothing within walking distance. The pool was heated, so even with the cooler weather 65-70 deg day, our kids were in the pool playing. The hot tub, was not hot; it was the same temperature as the pool so that was disappointing. Over all the resort was nice, especially for families. We were able to eat the free breakfast in the morning; and get to the theme parks during the day. Read more

This hotel has a great location and allows easy access to Disney, Downtown Disney, Universal, and many more attractions. It is only a short distance off I-4 and traffic was never an issue going to/from this location. My guess is the location was once a timeshare but was converted to a hotel. The 3 bedroom suite we had was in great condition and offered […] amenities such as a large master bathroom, full equipped kitchen, a nice living room with seating for 5-6 people, a dining area with seating for 6, a kitchen bar eating area with stools for 2, a washer/dryer combo (small for a large family, but it was useful as we washed our own towels to avoid a $40/day cleaning fee. The one thing we all found frustrating was the fitted sheets on the beds were worn out and they ALWAYS came off the beds at night while we were sleeping. If you moved at all in bed, you'd find the fitted sheet off in the morning and your head on the mattress. We did not have time to use the pool, but it was warm, clean, and inviting. The pool bathrooms were clean and inviting (the handicap stall in the men's bathroom had its own sink and towel dispenser, though I found it odd it did not have its own trashcan). One central pool was located between the multiple buildings and had multiple access gates with room keycard access. Club house / office area was in very good condition. Don't know about any breakfast services as we used the kitchen in our room. Read more

The rooms aren't cleaned even by 4 pm when you return from the parks with small kids to get some rest. The trash isn't completely taken out....saw some boxes and remnants of trash inside the cabinet and on the kitchen floor. They do not clean the coffee maker. They do not replace enough towels or toilet paper. No warm milk or microwave available at […] breakfast. Staff is unhelpful and almost discourteous. The business center charges $7 for taking printouts! Even at regular hotels, it's free. They did not even carry some essential items like sanitary napkins in the market place. They do not mention that house-keeping (which is usually free with hotel stay) is not included in the room price. We paid $18 per day to get the beds done and put dishes in the dishwasher. They wouldn't even clean the bathrooms for that money! Even the dishes were just placed in the dishwasher and they would come out with dried food still stuck on them! We rented this place for 5 nights and paid extra $18.00 a day for the dishes to be cleaned, beds to be made and fresh towels. Day 1 & 2 went smooth. The 3rd day, the only one elevator in the building broke down. We were staying on the 5th floor with my 3 small kids, all under 6 and a handicapped mom. The person on the desk told me that all rooms are […] full and their is nothing he can do to help. We called the manager at midnight and moved my mom in another building. Since our stuff was in Room 1, me and my husband decided to walk up 5 stories with the kids, to find out nobody cleaned our room today. The dishes were all in the sink, towels on floor and beds not made. The next day, by the evening the elevator got fixed and by the time we returned from disney around 11 pm, they locked/changed keys to both our rooms. Now we had no access to both our rooms or our stuff. Called the manager again! They changed the keys and we found out the room was not cleaned again today. We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We would have a fab time at Disney and the hotel drama ruined it every night. This is Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we are talking about! Overall a very nice place. Started out bad when we arrived and I couldn't get anyone's attention at the front desk to see if I could check in a couple hours early. This happened a couple more times during our stay during our eventual check in and check out. First impressions of the place should be excellent based on how high the ratings are on this place, and I was really underwhelmed. The rest of the stay was good. Missed getting towel service one day and had to call, but getting only towel service for $6 per day was a good choice for our 5 night stay. Kitchen good and well equipped. Three bedrooms with 2 baths was great for our family of 5. Pool was great although tiki bar was only open once while we were there, and really not much else to do around the resort.
