"Business hote ear nothing but BSI and no Internet!"
This is a business hotel. It's not near anything except for BSI. That's fine because I was attending meetings at BSI however the Internet at the hotel did not work for 4 of the five days of my saty. I'm way behind on my work, This is totally unacceptable for a business hotel. Would not stay there again.

"Great hotel, would stay again"
The location is a 30-40 minute tube ride away from the major sites. Totally worth it, considering the price and relative ease with which to get into downtown London.
"Good value, nice and clean room"
I agree with some of the other reviewers that the service was a bit spotty, but while I would call it brusque it was never a problem. Some employees a little blunt, others wonderfully helpful. While this hotel is not centrally located, it is a great place to stay, great value, near Tube and Bus lines --I say far better than the hideous Airport chain […] hotels, and far better than the overpriced dirty hotels most travelers book into in central London. One warning: the "free wireless" is only free on the first floor, which annoyed me but it wasn't a big deal. Reasonable rates in the room. The decor is a bit bizarre (it looks like they were going for neo-70s but got way too close to the real thing...it almost looks like they just didn't update the rooms for 35 years) but the bed was great, the view enjoyable, and I was overall quite pleased. One final lament: the warm breakfast buffet absolutely sucked. But despite living in Ireland and the UK, I never could get excited about English/Irish breakfasts. I got by on the cold buffet and coffee. Read more
"Unusually stylish hotel"
OK, so this hotel isn't that close to central london. However, if you are comfortable with london transport, or need to be in West London, this could be a great choice. The hotel, room, restaurant and bar are all very new + nice. However, there were a few downsides to the place. Firstly, the (typically small) TV kept switching to white noise every […] 5 minutes or so. It would only last for 30 seconds, but it was enough to be annoying. We were there for just one night, so didnt call maintenance. Then we were woken at 8AM by housekeeping, even though we were checking out that day. Something else to note is that the day-time staff seem very kind and professional, but the gentleman we spoke to at about 1AM when returning from dinner was abrupt and unhelpful. Not a deal-breaker, but don't expect much help from him. Read more
"Chiswick Moran Hotel, London"
Nice modern hotel, nice location, near Gunnersbury tube station, though a little out of the way for some tube travel.
"Great for a vist to Kew Gardens"
The Chiswick Moran was just what we wanted for a couple days of break in the midst of a long trip. It is about a half hour from Heathrow by train (carry your bags up about 30 steps, turn left and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel when walking from Gunnersby station) and a pleasant 20 minute walk to Kew Gardens. The staff treated us very well. The room […] was nice sized, well maintained, and comfortable. Read more
"Hotel with a view"
My boyfriend and I are waiting for our flat to be ready to move into, so in the mean time we must stay at hotels in order to have quality time together. This hotel was the perfect location, the perfect price, and the perfect atmosphere for us to wind down after a long day of work and enjoy what random quality time we have together.
"Lovely modern hotel"
We have stayed here 5 times now and it's a really modern contemporary hotel. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is a great price. We love the hotel rooms.
"Very nice hotel"
Very nice, clean hotel with funky interior. Really enjoyed my stay there, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

"Excellent for activities at Chiswick"
For business meetings with customers at Chiswick Park, it's good location. Though a bit expensive... Regards,

"Chiswick Moran"
Was upgraded to a suite on arrival, very nice, great bathroom too. Had a problem working the aircon but think that was just me. Parking £12.60, not great, but that's for up to 24 hours, even if you've checked out.
"The Moran Hotel Chiswick"
Very loud music on a saturday night kept us awake even though we were on the second floor!!This i believe is a regular event.Restaraunt was fully booked for an outside party on one night-we were not imformed and at the last minute had to go out.Chased for money in my room at 9.30pm because even though we were told we could charge our bar food to the […] room and signed as requested we had not completed a credit card arrangement when booking in.Our stay was marred because of poor imformation and when i spoke to the manager he just listened apologised meanlesly and left without any hope that things might change. The hotel was exactly what we wanted but because of the noise on a saturday night we would not stay again. "Great west London hotel on Chiswick High Road"
Great hotel about 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Chiswick, and a couple of minutes' walk to Gunnersbury Station for the District Line and Overground services. Very convenient for the motorway and Heathrow if you're going on holiday and want to avoid soul-less airport hotels! Stayed here a couple of times and always impressed by the size of the room, […] especially the bathroom. We were upgraded to an "executive" room but in practice this just means slightly larger room with a separate shower. The room was comfortable with a large bed, desk and chairs. The hidden wardrobe containing the safe is a nice touch. The room had an ironing board and iron too, which was convenient. The TV is a little out-dated (it's an older LCD TV, not widescreen) and doesn't have a great selection of channels, but does have movies on demand if you like that sort of thing. I didn't use the bar or restaurant - I would recommend walking 10 minutes along Chiswick High Road where you'll find a plethora of cafes and restaurants. Balans is particularly good, but there's a Carluccio's, Café Rouge, Giraffe and so on all very nearby. If the weather's good, it's definitely worth it. Getting into Central London on the tube isn't too big a deal, but you are in Zone 3 so it does take a little while. There are Overground trains too, which also use Oyster, so avoiding Zone 1 is possible if you need to go to more far-flung destinations (it can be cheaper if you avoid Zone 1). Read more
"Great hotel & ideal location"
Having not long got back from a 3-night stay at this hotel, I certainly left impressed. The hotel was immaculate - smart, clean and modern, just how it seemed on the photos. My room, although the view wasn't great (wasn't bothered about that to be honest), was very spacious and again, just how it seemed on the photos. Equally, the bathroom was also […] very spacious with both a bath AND a separate shower. The bed itself was very comfortable, warm and with plenty of pillows. One thing that did bug me though was the disturbance from downstairs. They have a bar on the ground floor and they were blasting out music until nigh-on midnight - not ideal when you just want to relax & rest whilst your bedroom is on the first floor. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, although I'd prefer to stay on a higher floor next time, away from all the noise! Read more
"Nice modern hotel"
My husband and I stayed here for the night of our wedding blessing (basically a second wedding) and the service was what we expected, but we were treated like everyone else, which is probably what you want if you are staying for a night or two, but even though we requested a few things special, they did NONE of them. This is not a special hotel, it […] is a bit overpriced for the rooms, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms is silent (no street noise!) and the bathrooms are unique and very spacious. Good night sleep, but as I said, nothing special Read more
"Ideal Location"
a lovely hotel with great rooms, clean and tidy with friendly staff. Bar is overpriced and food in resturant is awful. Car park £20 a night, with the side road offering pay and display and free after 6pm.
"Hotel moran chiswick"
I was more than satisfied with my stay at the hotel, the room was just like the advertising pictures, which is very unusual as i find hotels generally just show there best rooms. I highly recommend it, and will defiantly be staying there again.
"nice hotel only if your activities are near"
infrequent service to the nearest train station, takes too long to go to the city. Even it's in the way between city and Heathrow airport, you'd better take taxi to the airport because you have to change trains and may incur terrible delays if you are a stranger like me and don't know the best station to change! There is no concierge. Reception staff […] are always too busy to be helfpul. Read more
Checked in with ease, the room was fantastic exactly as shown on pictures on website. Modern, clean and of very good standard. The bed was extremly big, could have fitted in another person. My husband who is of a decent size had plenty of room in the bathtub which you don't come across very often. Did not have breakfast as we left early, however check […] out was quick smooth and with no problem. Highly recommend the hotel, easy access to Heathrow airport. Chiswick high street is within 5 min walking distance with plenty of boutiques, eating places, cafe's and tube with access to district line and piccadilly line. Read more

"Hotel nært til BSI"
Nydelig innrettet, med badekar, dimmer på lys og andre gjennomtenkte løsninger. Hadde dessverre ikke god tid, så har ikke kunne teste ut alt. Frokosten var grei, kaffeen under gjennomsnittet, og det manglet vanlig brød. Var ellers svært fornøyd.
"Chiswick Moran - good hotell in nice Chiswick"
Stayed for three nights and liked it. Good room standard amd perfectly OK service from staff. A bit off central London, but very good communications (tube 1 min fróm the hotell). Chiswick has also a very good restaurang scene. Chris
