    Rooms over the outside bar are very noisy on weekends (unless you are in the bar, of course. Some rooms have been refurbished, but others are shabby and show their age. Be sure to check your room when you check in and ask to be moved if necessary....More

    Swiss Grand Resort and Spa
    You can't beat the location, being right on Bondi and the main drag of shops, restaurants, etc. But, the facilities are only average. The decor, paint, carpeting seemed dated. The health club facilities were excellent (free access to an adjoining club), the rooftop pool area was nice, although didn't attract too many people while I was there. I was in a standard room on the side of the hotel, and the noise on Saturday night was significant; they could use better insulated windows, but it wasn't a big deal. No internet access in the room, but Wifi available for a fee, but only usable from the lobby. Overall, if I were staying near Bondi again, I would consider it again just because it's such a great location. But, it didn't blow me away....More
