Aramis Hotel
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given what I paid for it. It was easy to get to (bus 148 from the airport, about 35 minutes) and the staff was friendly and spoke English. My room was fairly large with a working TV, comfortable bed, and reasonable bathroom. Although everything was clean, it also seemed old and in need of a renovation. That said, it is a 1-star hotel and probably wouldn't be so cheap if they renovated it. It is a comfortable hotel and fine as a place to sleep, not good if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room. It is located outside of the city center but two buses stop right across the street that take about 10-15 minutes to get into the center. I did not find the inconvenient and a day pass is very cheap, so it's not expensive either....More

Novotel Warszawa Centrum
This hotel was very clean, comfortable and staffed by extremely nice people. The food at breakfast was exceptional. There were three pubs right behind the hotel that served food and the food was very good. The location of the pubs was 50 to 75 feet behind the hotel and thus very convienient. Fitness centere was pretty good. Had a sauna but no hot tub. Hotel bar closed almost everynight at 11:00 p.m. but with the pubs just 75 feeat out the back door it really didn not matter. Hotel is conviennently located on the bus route from the airport (Bus 175) and it cost 2.40 Zloty's (approx $1.20) when I was there (rates can always change) to go from the airport to the hotel if you were not wanting to take a cab. Cab ride was 40 Zloty's (approx $20.00, when I was there but rates can always change so ask first before getting into tht cab) from the airport to the hotel. Very safe area. Very nice people. I would stay there again....More
