    Very difficult to find this hotel. It is in an industrial center, poorly marked. We took almost an hour to find it even with help from locals. Very nosiy in the AM as trucks arrive in the industrial center. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was helpful....More

    Novotel Valladolid
    We got surprised by being expected to pay additional for our 17 year old son. They considered him an . Hotels.com knew he was with us and booked the rate!! It took a couple of emails to get the Hotels.com folks to get this straightened out. Eventually Hotels.com got the room for the agreed upon rate.. Or at least I think they did because I was allowed to leave without paying extra. But the late night agrivation was at arrival was perturbing....More
