    Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa All Inclusive
    We had stayed at Dreams Resorts on several other occasions and were always delighted. This particular resort was just as pretty as the others we stayed at - but we encountered some issues with the service. One restaurant made us wait more than an hour and a half to get our food - TWICE - and maintenance issues with our room took repeated calls to the front desk to get fixed (and actually only got fixed once we started invoking the manager). Also - the business center was pretty weak. Who doesn't provide a printer in the business center? That said, it's a beautiful location and we had a great time....More

    Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa All Inclusive
    Resort was beautiful, food was wonderful, service was good. My only complaint would be that the bartenders make very weak drinks and most of the time they are not correctly made. My suggestion would be to stick with beer and shots....More

    Blue Tulum Resort & Spa All Inclusive
    This hotel is a real "gem" and was on of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The hotel staff was accommodating, attentive, and friendly from the minute we checked in. It felt as if we were the only guests there at times, even though the hotel was 50% occupied (during spring break). The food was outstanding...5 star gourmet as was the presentation. We never ate a bad meal. The extra perks that came with the all-inclusive were amazing as well...the villa butler will draw a bath in the jacuzzi tub in your room surrounded by candlelight, leaving decadent desserts and champagne on ice. We also received an unexpected foot massage by the pool, and wake-up massages in our room. This was an amazing experience that we think everyone should enjoy!...More
