    Hotel la Condesa
    Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and great location if you have transportation. Otherwise it is far away from anything; excursions are not offered from hotel unless you take a taxi to get to pick-up location, same with hotel-to-hotel shuttle. Service and food are excellent but hotel is more convention center than family hotel eventhough it has a great indoor pool. Restaurants are beautiful too, upstairs one has a marvellous view of the lit valley by night. The downstairs one, which looks like an outdoor plaza is very pretty but cold because of opendoor policy in pool and front. With a light jacket or sweater it is a pleasant place to dine....More

    THE HOTEL WAS WELL MAINTAINED. THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED TO MAKE A LOCAL CALL. I THOUGHT FOR THE MONEY WE PLENT THERE ON THE STAY, THE MEALS AND THE BEVERAGES WE PURCHASED THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE ACCOMADATING WHEN I ASKED RECEPTION TO MAKE A LOCAL PHONE CALL....More
