    Fiesta Inn Saltillo
    Stayed at this hotel in January and was very impressed with the facility and the service, considering this was the low cost hotel. The staff seemed very attentive and responsive to any request. I requested a switch from a room with double beds to a king size and got it with no questions asked. We ate a late breakfast at the hotels' restaurant for about $10 dollars a person. It was a buffet style with lots of great food. Especially the fried taquitos and gorditas... hmmmm they were very good!!!! I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Saltillo....More
