This hotel is great - clean, new, well kept, good staff, good breakfast buffet, free mini bar. . . BUT I booked it specifically to use the fitness room while on my business trip until I arrived and learned that the fitness room is only open from 8am-10pm, which basically eliminated being able to exercise before work. . . not helpful....More

Relais & Chateaux Orfila
Hotel is in excellent location, and room very well decorated. Oddly, lights in hallway are on timer which often turns off leaving you in the dark before you can open your door. Room service staff challenged by orders given in English. No business center, but front desk will lend you a computer and print out documents e-mailed to them. Reception desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, hotel felt overpriced, but we felt welcomed and very comfortable in our room and in the neighborhood....More

Hesperia Madrid
This is a beautiful 5 star hotel even by American standards. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff is top notch and the restaurant is excellent. One huge drawback - their parking was "full" and we had to walk a couple of blocks to park in another garage. Parking was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel and so this was a big disappointment....More
