    NOVOTEL BARCELONA SANT CUGAT
    Avoid this place like the plague. When we called to complain that our room was very hot and that the a/c did not seem to be working the response was that the a/c was controlled centrally and that they had no way of making a particular room cooler. I guess that is why all of the rooms in our floor had their doors open for ventilation. To sleep we had to prop a chair under the window to let fresh air in -- no the window would not stay open by itself. The bidet connected to the bath tub via a hole in the side was another classic touch. Never again!...More
