    Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach All Inclusive
    Had seen some bad reviews on this resort and thought we might should change resorts but it was going to be to much of a problem as we were traveling with 5 couples so we stuck with this choice. We could not have had a better time and the service ended up being outstanding but I do believe it helped alot to tip and also be kind and friendly to the workers...More

    Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa All Inclusive
    Beach, pools, restaurants, spa, location are great! The rooms are pretty big, with a small fridge, good cleaning service. BUT the hotel is old and needs improvements: very bad mattresses, but most important, NO HOT WATER for 4 days which is a HUGE deal when you have babies/toddlers. For that reason, I'm not sure we will go back to that hotel ......More

    Catalonia Riviera Maya All Inclusive
    Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel in general was very clean. The food was good a little bland, but when you have to cater to so many different nationalites. I would definatley recommend this hotel....More
