Hilton Papagayo Costa Rica Resort & Spa
For my vacation to Costa Rica, I stayed at the Hilton Papagayo resort and spa. The thing about this hotel thst made my stay so enjoyable was the hotel staff. They all went above and beyond any other hotel I have visited. The staff made sure I was enjoying my entire vacation. They are very courtious and friendly, and did an outstanding job of making me feel truly comfortable and relaxed. The concierge service at the front was amazing! The representative at the front helped me arrange transportation for my entire trip, sometimes with little notice, and were even able to set me up on private tours with a private driver soI could enjoy everything without the hassle of atime table. Overall, this was by far one of the most enjoyable vacations I have ever had....More

Hotel Casa Conde del Mar Papagayo
Hotel casa conde del mar was an absolutly beautiful hotel. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The staff greated as at the gate and when we arrived at the front desk, all our paper work and wrist bands were out and ready and drinks were brought to us immediatly. The pools and surrounding scenery were breath taking and the staff were very polite and very helpful. The room was a little smaller than the pictures portrayed however the room was a nice size and they were very private. the only slightly negative comment i have (which could be a positive) was the hotel was so secluded it was impossible to go shopping or dining outside of the hotel without paying a minimum of $40 (US dollares) for a taxi ride. The hotel has a variety of tours and day adventures they can set up and the beach is only steps away. I recommend this hotel 100%!...More
